Hands down the BEST place in Cambridge, MA to find Pokemon Journey Together Booster Packs as well as GPK (Garbage Pail Kids) trading cards. Staff is very friendly and super professional. I would highly recommend this location! 🤙🏻

A great Newbury Comics location. I mostly took pictures of the vinyl but that is slightly less than half the store, the rest of the store being pop culture merchandise. Prices are average too. This is a great place to browse and find something new.

Somewhat hidden in the upper floor of The Garage, Newbury Comics offers a large selection of American comic magazines and albums, Manga, LPs, books, anime figures and all kinds of merchandise and much more. I personally loved to find some stranger retro-sci-fi stuff among the many DC and Marvel comics. Friendly staff. I will visit soon for the next issue.

My friend is in chemo. My friend’s wife asked me to pick up some X-Men comics "if they have any good ones." I have no idea what this means. The staff (specifically, someone who resembles a young Jeff Goldblum) gave me detailed suggestions on how to make this decision (basic principles plus recent buzz plus happy customers), and then left me to it. Cashier pointed out the graphic novels are buy one get one half off. I spent more than I’d planned. When we got to the hospital our friend was actually doing pretty well and in a jolly mood, but his face LIT UP like nothing else as he took in the array, and again each time he mentioned it. So I’m delighted I splurged. Newbury Comics still know their onions!

Always get so lost here! Its such a time trap... Way too many awesome things to look at. Something for any collector!
