Hot Topic

Unfortunately a disappointing experience today. I've been shopping at this Hot Topic for years now, always came across friendly staff, a few, unfriendly. None of them bothered me until today. My partner and I were searching for jobs available at the mall and came in to ask Hot Topic staff if they were hiring. Before my partner could even ask the question, a short-haired blonde headed staff member blurted out that the store wasn't hiring and didn't give him a chance to ask the question. As we were walking out, we heard the same staff member joking around with their coworkers saying that they "knew what we were going to ask" and continued to laugh about it as we walked out. My partner and I found it very rude and insensitive. There's nothing funny about looking for a job in these hard times. Shame to the staff member who thought this was funny.

This hot topic was one of my favorites , yet unfortunately it can get annoying when I try to shop and always get followed in the store and I understand they have to careful to a certain extent . yet I am the only one in the store and atleast 3 employees and I’m getting circled around. The store is small always making me feel targeted idk if the manager is discriminating towards certain ethnicities, but it’s annoying.

for being my first time at a hot topic it was awsome i loved the vibe and really enjoyed the clothes i baught i only wish the pretty girl who talked to me we ended up switching numbers

Great store staff was really funny and helpful very fast I do also like the amount of clothes they have very unique and I feel like it’s like me being at home and they also tell you to sign up to earn 30$ coupons which was great the cashier is nice and cool have a talk with her sometime lol.

Most recent purchase here was a gift for my gf, a Black Butler Loungefly bag. Staff here is great, I've never had a bad experience here tbh. There's a lot of pop culture stuff, or whatever is currently trending. You can find a lot of cool clothing, accessories. MUCH BETTER than Spencer's 100000000%.

I like this store, lots of nice tees and unique items. One of my favorite places in the mall.

Unfortunately the service I received was horrible my cashier was so rude to me and had such an attitude, they did not want to provide me with an extra bag not sure what this workers name was but they had blond hair. However another worker by the name of Hunter was very kind and helped me pick out some awesome earrings.
