Running Dogs Music

Short version - This store is amazing, friendly, helpful, and you leave with a smile on your face. Very very competitve prices which shocked me compared to online or a bigger store. Long version - Do you ever go into this other store rhyms with milkbar renter and stand there for hours with no one helping you? Ever go there and think man I must not be important because I'm not a professional musician? Ever go there and buy something and they explain absolutely Nothing about your new purchase? Well fear not this store is the solution to your issues. I would buy a jug to blow in at Running Dogs before I would buy an instrument or spend a dollar at milkbar renter. I'm sort of new to guitar, coming back from a long layoff. They have helped me at Running Dog make several purchases, gave awesome help, didn't make me feel stupid, explained everything in detail, and left me feeling great about my new instruments. Check this place out you won't regret it!!!!

I bought an amplifier for my electric guitar today. Trish Davis was very helpful and very friendly. She understood that I was only a beginner level and didn't try to over sell, what I was looking for. I will definitely be back for anymore needs. A great first time experience.

We picked up a pedal steel for my partner, and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was very friendly, the prices were fair, and we left with everything we needed. I also really loved that before you even walk in, they have an "everyone is welcome" placard. It is becoming more of a rarity to find welcoming and inclusive spaces in Oklahoma, and it was really good to see that spirit of kindness is still living. We will be back and would recommend this store to anyone! 🎶

Best staff! They serviced my Martin Acoustic and it has never played better. Extremely knowledgeable and just an all around great store.
