Hot Topic

Cool store! My 15 y/o daughter loves it. 🙂 I used to shop there sometimes when I was her age! Nice to know they still carry invader zim and skelanimals stuff. I used to wear so many of the mighty fine invader zim shirts lol.

Even though I didn't find what I was looking for these ladies were so helpful and pointed me in the direction of the store who had what I needed thanks ladies

I loved thus place. Lots of awesome deals on sports memorabilia and just cool sport gear. Almost got this Theismann jersey. Hey, a guy can dreM!

I haven't shopped here in years? Why? Because I'm old. But it brings back memories to share with my kids. Bonus, the customer service is great! Wonderful smiles and friendly service! Honestly, it's worth getting the credit card with all the frequent shopper points. If you haven't shopped there in a while, go back. Make yourself feel young for a small moment.

I ordered socks online, they were on sale. I thought they'd be thin and wear out fast. I was wrong. They are very thick and cushioned. Great quality. Very impressed. Will buy more. Picking up at store was easy.

I placed a pickup order. I picked it up early but it only partially came in so I still had to wait for more, which I did. A week passed and so then I called to ask if it was ready, they said yes. The next day I go to pick it up and I’m told it was put back on the shelves because it was past due and that the manager tried to call multiple times. I never got one call. Hopefully I get refunded soon but I’m never doing a pickup order from Hot-topic again.

Fantastic organization of the merchandise, everything is exactly where you'd expect it to be. The staff is also mad helpful, I love them in there. The only issue I have is finding the size shirts I want, I end up always having to order online. :/
