Target

I have gone to the Bensalem Target on several occasions and have stopped going to that store. Lately, when I had gone it was just an awful mess. When I walk into other Targets, everything is neatly organized. Not in this store. I don't understand what happened but it has turned into a terrible shopping experience. I go to Langhorne or Warminster now. I talked to a manager at the Warminster store about the situation in Bensalem and was told there will be a manager change coming in Bensalem. One can only hope!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I always come to this target for my Starbucks morning coffee and afternoon pick me up. Yesterday I was so appalled at how the STORE DIRECTOR Alssya runs this store. Could not believe how incredible rude and incompetent she is. As I’m waiting in line I hear her screaming at two barista a tall black girl and tall white girl. At first I wasn’t sure what was going on but I guess they had a tip jar out and she was not happy about. SHE TOOK THEIR TIPS AND THREW THEM OUT. I felt so terrible for those young ladies, they work so hard and to get treated like that i. front of customers.. how humiliating. I hope they get their money back and if not press charges because by no means is that okay. Cancelled my Target credit card and 360 membership. I DO NOT CONDONE DISRESPECT.

The customer service at this target really stood out to me . The employees are very understanding polite and help you find your stuff. They won’t give you issues about returning an item without the receipt and they will help you figure out the best thing for you

this target is a disgrace. I would give it zero stars if that was an option, but of course, it’s not. It is a total mess. There is trash everywhere and the staff has no care in the world. We asked them where something was and they provided us with a three word answer, "I don’t know." Get better.

I saw a diapers deal and checked that this location has the brand and size I need in stock, so I stopped by here instead of a closer to home location. When I got there, I noticed they have all the other sizes but the size I need! But the app said in stock!! I was in a rush and just wanted to get this shopping list done. Lucky, I bump into a very nice staff who offer to help me check the back. Other associates would probably tell me whatever is out here is all we got. But she was in the middle of something and still willing to walk to the back and check for me. She grabbed me two boxes that I need!! I was happy and able to leave with everything I needed at this quick Target run. Thank you and much appreciate your assistance, Faith! Update 8/23 Literally only take a min for me to park and get my drive up order. Great service! Fast! And the team member that brought my order out was friendly and professional with greeting and smile.

The lines for check out are absolutely ridiculous. Why are there only two cash registers open on a Saturday? You have to account for at least 10-15 minutes extra into your shopping trip because of checkout. Never go here if you are in a rush cuz even self-checkout is long.

Team Lead Ellie, just gave me 3 different reasons why they may be showing 6 items in stock when they actually have none. 2 of which contradicted themselves. The third, she claimed she never said. I know you guys are understaffed, but there’s GOTTA be a more competent option for closing manager
