Philly Pretzel Factory

Always good to stop in this place. Pretzels always warm and staff is friendly. I try and stop in every few weeks or so and never leave disappointed. Also, its kept clean from what I can tell so thats always a plus.

The first thing I noticed was coupons on Facebook. That's not great—what's up with Facebook and its obsession with likes? The best decision I made over a decade ago was leaving Facebook. I now have an e-commerce site(s) amazon , ebay, and shop app that connects buyers to me more quickly through SEO.Then I mentioned to the girl cashier, while grabbing a quick cup of short pretzels, that she had cool tips. But honestly, the word "tips" shouldn't be there—it should say something else. We appreciate your business. have a stupendous day. She dared to say it wouldn’t work, and she was sort of laughing about it.

Stopped at Street Rd. Pretzel Factory this morning; was greeted exuberantly by Lauren. She was so pleasant and efficient. What a nice start to the first day of summer! Folks at my workplace are now enjoying a delicious pretzel breakfast. Thank you Lauren and bakers at Pretzel Factory Street Rd. Happy Summer!

Been going here as long as I could remember cold pretzels. Won’t be back

Asked for hot dog and got a hot sausage they lady seen miserable ya could do better like the other pretzel factory’s with great service

Stopped by before an Eagles game and got some super fresh pretzels. Very good stuff and very good service.

Can't tell you how it tastes, didn't get that far. Went in and ordered a salted pretzel, they didn't have any. Ordered a pizza/pepperoni thing that's on the menu, didn't have it. Our only option were the mini unsalted pretzels. Pretty wild this place was out of almost all pretzels, when they literally only sell pretzels. She didn't even say she could make some, or how long it would be until some would be ready. Nobody else was in there, I see why. We left without anything.
