Customer Reviews
Mall of Louisiana has a rating of 4.4 out of 5 based on over 9108 reviews on Google
We visited the Mall of Louisiana and it was okay. There are a lot of retail stores and the surroundings are kept in relatively good condition. Access in and out of the mall is fairly easy but traffic in the area can be heavy during peak hours. There are also several restaurants surrounding the mall that are convenient and really good.
Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Mall of America is one of the last remaining indoor malls in our area, and it truly stands out. It’s absolutely beautiful—multi-level, well-designed, and impressively clean throughout. The stores officially open at 11 AM, but you’ll notice plenty of people walking the halls earlier in the day to get some exercise, which adds a nice community feel. There are tons of popular stores to choose from, offering everything from fashion and electronics to unique specialty shops. It’s easy to spend an entire day exploring. The food court is another highlight—there’s a wide variety of amazing dining options to satisfy any craving, whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a full meal. Overall, it’s more than just a mall—it’s a destination. Perfect for shopping, dining, or simply walking around and enjoying the atmosphere
Great place , wife and kids loved it. Not so packed, security everywhere. Accommodations for the kids and what wife doesn't like shopping? Lol. I would definitely drive 2 hours to come here again. Only issue is the attitude of some spots In the food court but they will definitely get their own review. The main event was great for the kids. Highly recommend.
Nice looking mall. Good size. They have an excellent ice cream shop on the second level. Check it out!
the amount of times i visit here goes up every year. for starters, the atmosphere is good. always people around and seems like a different shop to try out! the outside area is good too, especially having the main event and fountain. my issue with this mall is the amount of crime. there have been two times a shooting has happened while i was here, which is extremely unfortunate but the cops stationed at the front of main event and the main entrance to the mall are helpful. the security level at night when they have the age limit is so high which ensures safety too. the parking situation is a bit annoying, not that there isn't any room but when it is packed you have to walk pretty to just get to the main entrance. their bathrooms are decent and the food court never does me wrong!
Alot of the stores are very pricey, which is to be expected at a mall really. Food court prices are reasonable. Me and my kids love Thai bistro. There are usually sales going on, that's what we try to look out for. Overall, it's a nice mall with security and typically most stores are family friendly.
The mall is one of the major attractions in the city. It has all major brands and good eateries. The parking is convenient and largely available.
