Staff is very friendly and always there to help and answer every question one have
The front desk for new members is RUDE! Their customer service needs major improvement. They try to pawn you off to go shop and renew at the cash register so they dont have to deal with you. Also now they only take VISA. That is ridiculous! Costco would get 0 starts from me especially this location!
Went in on the 26th of November, usually have such a great experience even when the store is packed, and parking lots are full. Staff is usually so kind and helpful. I went in running late for work for one small item. I realized with the long lines I chose the wrong day to come in, especially in a rush. I did not mind waiting in the long receipt check line however I was rushing, and only had one item, I saw multiple people with one item leaving and having no issues, so I tried to leave. When I was almost out the doors trying to show my item and my receipt "April" screamed at me, accused me of stealing, cutting the whole line, and was super rude. Like I said even though I was in a rush I had already purchased the item I didn't mind waiting in line. I thought not only would it help me, but it could also help them with the long lines. And I wasn't the only one getting out with one item and they weren't berated and accused at the door. She not only yelled at me once, but I also walked back in embarrassed trying to explain I wasn't trying to be a problem or issue. The other staffer was so kind and asked me if I was trying to return, I was going the wrong way, I quickly explained that I was in a rush, bought one thing, and was yelled at, I apologized to her. "April" then again yelled across the door again screaming at me for cutting, causing a problem, and trying to sneak out without being checked. I looked at her, and she was stunned, so were the other customers at the door. I went to the back of the line then hoped April a better day. Hope that they can fix these experiences. If I was just told kindly or just told I wouldn't have minded at all but to be yelled at and accused of stealing. Not okay and I don't want to be a member of Costco if screaming at someone is normal. There are at home jobs that are not customer service based. I'll be going to a different location for a while.
Costco is Costco... which is pretty good in itself. I passed by a tabletop grill once and could not stop thinking that I passed up something I needed at a good price. I picked up this NXR grille for $125. Perfect for my very narrow grilling area. The first grill was great!
Family member purchased a Uber gift card from this Costco but couldn’t load into the app, which was unexpected because the buying and loading into the app was done before without any problems. We called Uber and they told us they couldn’t resolve the issue. We had to go back to the store that we bought it from. So, we called this Costco for three days but no one, literally no one, answered the phone. Finally someone picked up the phone, and of course got transferred 4 times and finally spoke to Mike. He said we have to drive to the store to resolve the issue because this is a non refundable item. We had to drive 20 minutes to the store. After waiting for a while at the return desk, the manager (Abe?) said that he would give us a phone number to call. Well why can’t you give us the number over the phone and forced us to drive 20 minutes just to get a number. We asked him to call the number and gave us a response immediately. We were so annoyed by his response and he realized that we would not leave without something concrete. He finally said he would give us a refund. This company is so successful that they don’t care about their customers anymore. A bunch of money sucking lousy people cared for no one. What a change from before! Hopefully their corporate masters will see this and change their policies on non refundable items.
Very disappointed with the service at this location. I placed an order for pizza and went to Membership Services to ask about my card not working at the gas station. After a short conversation, I went back to pick up my pizza and was interrupted mid sentence by a woman behind the counter who yelled that there was a line and I needed to get in it. There was a small, unorganized line, and several members, including myself, were just waiting for our numbers to be called as usual. She still chose to yell instead of simply explaining the process. I spend thousands of dollars a year at Costco and did not expect to be treated so rudely. It made me feel unappreciated as a member. Advice for management: teach your employees to have patience and compassion for customers. The lack of care and basic manners here is disappointing. It will not be long before many cancel their memberships if this continues. Tis the season to treat people with respect.
Costco is always where it's at. Even during construction I've seen them keep things clean and organized. The lines can be long during peak hours but the staff is always around to support, they have excellent organization of things. They rarely move stuff around so I always know where to find the regular things. They obviously will take almost anything as a return no questions asked. They have started also having exclusive sales of name brand clothing that is only available in store at Costco. That's amazing. They of course have hot and ready rotisserie chicken for cheap which is worth the membership alone. I do appreciate the sales of other items than groceries like gifts and toys. Especially with the holidays coming, it's a one stop shop. The parking spaces are huge, even when they are far away, I don't get dented by doors. All around I think it's worth it if you're a big family or a bulk buyer. Update: they renovated and the foot court area is much better! Still the best place to go. Just maybe avoid it mid day on a Saturday
