The atmosphere is okay. The store is a little small, although clean enough. I love their anime merchandise 💕 !!! Although a tad pricey. Most of the staff are nice. Staff is kinda hit or miss. This one girl though she wasn't very helpful though. I asked her what the price of something was, because there was no price tag on it. She literally just told me to have them check at the cash register. It's like well why don't you guys just put prices on all of your merchandise??!!! Anyways, my overall experience was okay.

Every shirt print you can ever whish for. As matter of fact got overwhelmed from the abundance of choice. The shop can use a better, more efficient system in displaying all the different prints they have.

I haven’t been to a Hot Topic in about 20 years before this time lol, but what’s with the bright lights & the white walls?? This is nothing like it used to be. I was saddened 😕

When I visited the states for the first time 1995/96 this was THE store I fell in love with. Of course we didn't have anything like this in Germany.. coming back as an adult it was very disappointing to see how much this store has changed.. when visiting this one..I was told that Hot Topic will slowly go back to the way it used to be without all the anime items. Which would be fantastic!! The beautiful woman working (sorry I forgot your name) was very sweet and helpful and I appreciated her kindness that day.

Laura the store manager is an amazing human! She is awesome at what she does, she takes pride in her work and her job! She was very helpful! We will be back to shop at the hot topic at the briarwood mall again. Great experience, because of Laura. Thank you, Laura!
