Super friendly store. Really understand what customer needs. When I bought card from them, they notice I don’t bring a penny sleeve with me and offer to give me one to protect the cards. I usually doesn’t leave 5star review because most of store just simply accomplish their job. However this store service is beyond expectation and super friendly.

Didn't even know how to open there inventory had to call another store to help them train your people better

Called ahead to make sure they had something. Said they did. Said they’d hold it. Spent money on a FLIGHT to get it. "Oh no sorry we’re out!"

Great staff, great selections. I collect helmets and they're more than happy to help me with that 😅 They even had one put aside for me at my request for when they got a certain one in finally! Like I said, great staff.

2nd day in a row where a sign saying they would be back in 30 minutes, the sign says they will be back at 3:15 and there are a group of people waiting to get inside at 3:45. Unbelievable having employees refusing to sell to customers patient enough to wait half an hour AFTER they said they would return from a 30 break.

Mariah was helping a kid ahead of me and she managed to help both of us out at the same time. I was in and out with my Switch 2 in no time. She even managed to create an account for me and walk me through possible issues and instructions on how to get it resolved. Wonderful customer service skills and a very positive attitude. Promised my children a reward for getting perfect scores on their tests and needed a new mouse for my office and am partial to Razer so to Gamestop we went. The selection for the PC peripherals seemed quite lacking, especially for the popular name brand I like (I saw one Razer mouse and not the one I was looking for). My children are "stuffy" addicts and the cardboard boxes stuffed under/around a table with more stuffies on it was just awful to try and search through not to mention looks tacky. It also felt more like a "cards and comics" store not a game store which is understandable since video games are mostly digital now but there is literally a "cards and comics" store next door. I did not end up purchasing anything today but am a loyal Gamestop customer and will be back eventually.
