Was in line maybe 3mins which was pretty quick compared to the other holidays. I went to three in the last 20mins and they had what i needed. I will come back. Toni was the cashier and she was great

Daejon a rude employee this is the closest holiday to our house but the way he speaks to customers is disrespectful and disgusting throwing change at customers always having an attitude. Gonna have to avoid circle k all over this city because of employees like Him

I use the Holiday (Circle K) stores daily- they are very convenient and at night they are the ONLY store that’s open!! The only complaint I have is that I wish all of their locations were treated like the ones in the upper scale neighborhoods (o’Malley I think it was, and south anchorage). The stores are perfectly stocked, they are very clean, there are no homeless people that are approaching and asking for money or just robbing people. And everything worked (the slurpee machine for example which is always broken at my locations on Spenard and on 36th). They also had a much broader selection of items- it was so nice!!

Stopped in for a soda, upon arrival a male worker (Joshua) was talking to a female worker dropping f bombs having a great time. All is fine and dandy. I get what I want and go to pay, there is a guy and his kid in front of me just waiting. They had been there since I came in the store. I wait behind them for a bit before I ask if they’re just waiting. He said yes. So I said "excuse me, is there a cashier that could cash us out please?" And Joshua got snappy and said "yes there is and when I’m done I’ll be there!" I was kind of taken back by how rude he was and I didn’t say anything. Eventually he came and started checking out the person in front of me of me but was going painfully slow, which felt like it was on purpose. He began to talk to the customer about their items saying how old it made him feel to see a push up popsicle. Then the next item was a juice with a panda head, then he was like ohhh kung fu panda. You like jack black? U know they’re making a number 5… just kept going on and on to the point where the employee (Leon) who was stalking shelves came to check me out. Then all of the sudden his speed came back and finished with the guy in front of me. Then as Leon was cashing me out, Joshua came over to try and show Leon pictures of his schedule asking him if it was correct, trying to distract him from cashing me out. Leon even had to tell him he was busy right now and would look after he finished up with me. It didn’t detour him though he kept talking and saying well I’m not trying to show up if I don’t work that day etc etc. It was highly distasteful and u professional and quite frankly put, it just seemed really petty. November 21st 2024 3:28 or so pm.

To put it simple, they absolutely suck. Rarely stocked/empty shelves and dirty. Soda and coffee bar are often empty. No flavored syrup at their coffee bar... ever! Always out of lids, straws, napkin and condiments. Their customer service is very combative and if you ask if they have any cups for coffee or soda, they would rather tell you to buy their $6 plastic cup before they walk from behind their counter and stock it. Many times I have looked underneath and found the cups I need. I suggest to find another store and skip this very inconvenient location.

The manager has terrible service as well as most of the staff as I have been there during all different times of day with all the different staff recently. It’s always closing over night due to shortage of staff. Avoid this place. The W Diamond location is much cleaner with nicer staff.
