Dr Soderberg and the whole staff are to be commended for their caring professionalism. Wonderful people! Where it took months to get into other medical systems, they are responsive and worked with my schedule.

As always, I had a great experience with Dr. Soderberg, but I'm totally unimpressed, for the 2nd time, having to deal with your totally inefficient and ineffectual centralized call receiving center, located, I believe somewhere in the US. I'm now into the 3rd hour waiting for a call back after being told I was 9th in line. Please get rid of the Harvard MBA, currently occupying the corner office who no doubt came up with this brilliant idea and go back to letting calls go to the office where service was performed.
