My experience with Islamic Services of America has been absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, their team was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. I was especially impressed by how responsive and knowledgeable they were and they made the whole process smooth and reassuring! Highly recommended!

I talked to a nice gentleman over the phone. he confirmed that certified halal means that the chicken will be cut mechanically while the operator is a muslim, which of course is not accetable at all for many muslims. While the gentleman was transparent, the website should be clear as well, stating we perform mechanical slaughter depending on our clients' needs. (of course the client will choose the cheaper option and ask ISA to not to hand slaughter and the clueless muslim will think it's halal).
