Went to ID for my birthday and it did not disappoint! The food and our servers were great. You know when a server waits at your table for you to ask questions and suggestions and it feels like they have all day? That’s how they make you feel l. We ate slow and never felt rushed. The atmosphere was phenomenal and so classy 🙂 everything we ate was delicious and so unique! Definitely a traditional tapas place so be prepared to share. The cocktails are also so yummy and the menu is seasonal and rotates often so be prepared to come back and try new things. Love this place!!

Beautiful setting inside the hotel. Would go there just to have drinks and feel comfortable. The food was special, as we were there for a bourbon tasting. Small bite with each taste of spirit. If this is how they prepare all of their meals, I will be back. Service from folks that know how to treat a customer.

Stylish spot with a thoughtful menu and one of the better atmospheres you’ll find around Lake Country. It’s got the kind of modern, open-kitchen energy you expect in bigger cities, and they do a nice job bringing that vibe to Delafield. Food’s creative, often very good, and the cocktails are well-executed. That said, something about the experience just keeps it from being a home run for me. Not sure if it’s the pacing, the occasional dish that feels more clever than satisfying, or just personal preference. Still—definitely worth trying, especially for occasions or group dinners. It’s a step above most places in the area, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to someone looking for something different. Solid, just shy of great. But I want to keep rooting for it.

I.d. was the most wonderful birthday dinner. Our server, Mike, was warm, friendly, and gave us an in-depth overview of the menu and what to expect. The views are lovely, and the food is absolutely outstanding - I don’t even know where to begin! Everything was bursting was flavor. The Japanese milk bread is light and pillowy, topped with the bone marrow butter added an acidic, smoky addition that paired nicely. The tempura mushrooms were excellent (my favorite dish of the evening), pork bao buns offered the perfect bite, and the Korean tacos were a fun build-your-own way to end the dinner. We received an unexpected slice of chocolate cake to celebrate a birthday, and the white chocolate mousse dome was the most beautiful way to end our time at I.d. Everything was amazing and I am looking forward to returning soon.

First time back here since Covid. Glad that we did. Had reservations for 7:00 and got in right away. The dining room had a few large/noisy groups, but they were finishing up and things quieted down. The decor is very classic but casual. Good greeted by our server and ordered a set of drinks. The menu had plenty of items that we liked. There were 4 of us, so we ended up getting 6 different items, and then dessert. Each of the items was very good. Each item came out at a good pace, they were hot, flavorful and good portions. The Lamb Noodle Dish was a favorite, along with the Tacos and Pork Belly Bao. And if you get the Bread Service you will definitely want to try the Smoked Bone Marrow Butter. Great service the entire time (thanks Mike). We will be back.

High-quality food is one of the few places I can get real octopus. Excellent service and very cool atmosphere. Every time I go with my family I have a great time. We will be back soon.

We have loved ID for years. One of the best choices in our area. Today, the fries (which were an absolute favorite must have every time) were enh. They weren’t crispy and covered with parmesan. They didn’t taste like they were fried in (was it always duck fat?) the usual. The tuna poke dish had no flavor. In fact we left the dish in the bowl and on our plate. The potato pancakes were the best dish but definitely not something i would come back for. I am so disappointed. I asked when the chef started - it isn’t a new chef. What happened ID? I am not sure we will come back.
