I honestly loved HOFT so much 🥹 I loved the whole experience of studying there. From the first day I felt really welcomed by everyone. All the teachers were so kind and supportive. I grew really close to Marcus, my Reading teacher. I have such a big appreciation for him. And also for Christie, Lorraine and Elizabeth. They were always so sweet to me and very patient with any questions I had. I never felt embarrassed to ask anything. The environment at HOFT is very organized and structured, but at the same time it feels like home. I felt comfortable there, like I belonged. The conversation classes helped me a lot too. I joined the conversation club and it really helped me with my confidence. Even though I only stayed for five weeks, I already feel like I improved and lost a lot of the fear I had when speaking English. Also, I made amazing friendships there. One of the most special things was meeting a Peruvian friend. She is 15 and I’m 16, and even though I’m from Brazil and she’s from Peru, we became really close. It was so beautiful to connect with someone from another country through English. She’s someone I truly want to keep in my life for a long time. We’ve already gone out together and shared so many good moments at HOFT. That made the whole experience even more unforgettable 🤍 It was such a wonderful experience overall. I will keep it with me for the rest of my life. I 100% recommend HOFT to anyone who truly wants to learn and improve their English.

I had a wonderful study experience at HOFT. Here, I was able to make many new friends from around the world and learn about their unique cultures. The teachers are not only professional but also approachable and supportive, and every staff member is so friendly that I truly feel like HOFT is my second home. Besides studying, there are many interesting activities such as visiting libraries, museums, and even seeing bats, which help us learn more about life in the USA. HOFT has created a strong and welcoming community where people from different backgrounds come together to improve their English and start building their dreams for the future. I’m very grateful to be part of this journey.

Jumping from the corporate world straight to Hoft was a huge change for me. Hoft surprised me with the teaching methodology and how serious teachers are regarding our learning journey. For example, after some classes I had the feeling to adjust the level, which was properly handled by the leadership. Hoft is an English school that I would recommend to anyone, not only because it really enhances our vocabulary, grammar, reading and pronunciation, but also because of its location in downtown, being very easy to come to the class. Overall, Hoft has great teachers, staff, and my plan is to study for another 3 semesters before my return to the corporate world. I am so grateful for studying at HOFT, and I will miss the school so bad when my sabbatical period is over. However, I will return to the Big Tech world as a new Andrea, someone who is no longer afraid of positioning herself at the meetings as HOFT enhanced my vocabulary, phrases construction, reading comprehension and speaking with confidence. I recommend HOFT to everyone specially to my colleagues that work for Big Techs, as the school provides the I-20 and we can get the student visa.

Without a doubt, if you want to start studying English, don't hesitate to come to Hoft Institute. It's a school where you will definitely learn, and the teachers are fantastic. I enjoy every class. Learning English has been a challenge for me, and I plan to achieve my goal here at Hoft

We sent my niece here for a 5 week program while she was with us on summer break. Her English definitely improved over even such a short time period and she told us she absolutely loved going to class, saying that it was very welcoming. She made several friends, too!

The teachers are kind, caring and very knowledgable! The after-school activities were fun, I’m new to Austin and I found my friends here (From many different cultures). The place is kept clean, there’s a very useful kitchen area, a games room, and a yard. Great location next to UT and many food options around.

My experience at HOFT has been very positive because the teachers are excellent, kind, and respectful. Classwork is interesting because time is not wasted. There are always activities to do, and the teachers answer all our questions. Very importantly, the Director Blair is always attentive to the students' needs, showing excellent communication and empathy. I feel very happy because I've been able to learn about American life and other cultures in my class. I met interesting people and enjoyed their stories about their hometowns. Hoft offers many extracurricular services that bring us closer to the American way of life, such as outings to restaurants and places of interest and fun in the city. I loved the conversation club because we can speak with native speakers who listen and explain things patiently. Thank you for your support
