I as well dealt with Nora. I thought for the 1st time I found a great Dentist, however I had a very complex cast. She never gave me treatment plan or estimate . Then blamed the periodontist that they referred me to. I had some of the work done at each facility, but a couple days before my final appointment at this office Nora called and said oh by the way u need to bring 15000.00 dollars. . Had they just said hey we messed up. Let's get u in here and do the mold, but no they never contacted me and blamed another doctor. And then were surprised I felt abandoned. . So I will now complete the work elsewhere.& as another individual stated ETHIS 101.. heal, help & do no harm.. I don't want anything for free I just wanted to trust and no I mattered.. evidently I didnt

Dr. Hoang cured my 36 year phobia. I've never felt more comfortable with a dentist. She is kind, affordable and effective. 10/10. I cant say enough good things about this office. Her staff is wonderful as well.

Dr Hoang’s dental practice has recently changed. When the office re-opened after Covid-19 lockdown, Nora, a family member as I was told, replaced the former receptionist. I soon found out Nora was forwarding incomplete and/or inaccurate messages to Dr Hoang creating confusion during appts. Over time, Nora has taken her position even further. When I requested an emergency appt for a broken tooth, Nora advised the doctor was too busy because she had ‘crown fittings’ all day and vacation the following week. Nora advised me to ‘Google another dentist’. Two weeks later when the temporary crown previously delivered by the doctor fell out of my mouth, Nora advised I could not get an appt until the following month. I was told to wait weeks for an appt to Re-cement a Crown, exposing my underlying tooth to further vulnerabilities. I find it hard to believe any doctor would stand behind this practice and/or promote Nora’s behaviors. — in recognition of the Medical Code of Ethics ‘Do no harm’.

Dr. Hoang has been our family dentist since 1995. The kids are grown and we have moved from the Palm Beach area, but she made time to clean my teeth when we were down there in April 2019. We would fly in to Palm Beach just to have her work on any dental issues. Rare to find a Dentist nowadays with the ethics and dedication that Dr. Hoang has. Thank you!

Professional, trustworthy, and competent. Can't give any higher praise. Will be scheduling an appointment for my wife and baby.

We love Dr. Hoang! We have been patients for at least 16 years. My 6 year old is a patient as well. Her staff is wonderful too. Highly recommend!

My dentist for over 25 years! Still cavity-free. I am so thankful for her professionalism and expertise. Don't know what I'll do when she retires!
