Not sure why this doctor Jeannine Hoang is sending me bills when I saw Dr Cook. I just got a $500 bill for tests that for some reason this person billed to an insurance provider I haven’t had in over SIX YEARS, when they have my ACTUAL INSURANCE ON FILE! Horrible billing process and I’m kind of leaning on possible double billing due to the fact I never even met this doctor in my life! Definitely going to see them tomorrow about this crap!

Was referred to this doctor saying she could do filler in my acne scars. I tried to schedule with her through the office and was told she does her own scheduling and they talked to her and were able to put me in. I came in to the office and they just had me wait. No paperwork, no asking for my insurance, nothing. I was called to see her and she almost immediately told me she couldn’t do it that my scars were too small for her. She tried offering me to do other treatments which I have done in the past and wasn’t looking to do so. She kept on trying to convince me for another 20 minutes even after me nicely shutting it down to the point I had to be blunt and all of a sudden she said okay well I can do the filler for you for 500$. Excuse me lol? You literally said you couldn’t do it and it’d be a waste for me and now since you’re not getting me to pay money for the other treatments you can magically do it. This doctor just wanted a $ and now I’m getting a 78$ bill for seeing her… 78$ for what exactly???? I saw her in February and I’m just now getting this at the end of September. She will not see a penny from me! Horrible doctor! Do not recommend!!!!!

Came here to treat my eczema, the doctor was quick with me and barely listened to my complaints. Looked at me for a couple of seconds and prescribed me prednisone and to wear gloves when washing dishes. I wished I could have been offered alternative treatments rather than instantly forced steroid pills. Also, he failed to educate me, never even warned me the sides effects (which there are a lot) to this medications. Was extremely disappointed in this place.

Dr Hoang is the BEST!! Im 6'6" so Im a big dude...but never misses a spot..the staff specialist over there are awesome as well.. See you all soon 🙂

Dr Hoang is the best and most talented Dermatologist I have been to in over 50 years.She is proactive and is very patient explaining skin care .

I had an odd rash but couldn't see the doctor for three months. I had another appt. for a skin check several months later. She could have easily done the skin check at the first appt. She kept recommending costly procedures (tracking my sleep) that was not anything to do with my problem. She was not personable at all. For the skin check, I waited 30 minutes in the lobby, and a full hour on the table. Once, her assistant came to the door to ask if I had ever had any pre-cancerous spots removed. I told her about several. When the doctor finally came in, she didn't apologize for the wait at all, never smiled, didn't ask about the precancerous spots, one of which was on my head. She asked me if I needed some dandruff shampoo, though! I would not wish this experience on anyone!

Great initial visit. Dr Huang was very patient and thorough in explaining treatment options. She listened and address my concerns. I’d recommend her to any and everyone. Her staff were kind and patient as well. Thank you for a great experience.
