I have visited Hill Country Med Spa on two different occasions. I had heard great things about them. The Spa itself is very pretty, feminine and decorated with beautiful decor. It is kept extremely clean and the staff is welcoming and friendly the moment you walk in. The girls make you feel at home. Summer did a great job on a couple of the services I chose and was a delight to talk to. Brittany Wilson, the nurse practitioner, who is new to the staff, is a perfectionist and did a fabulous job as well. Brittany brings beauty and self confidence to her work that made me want to keep coming back! If you live in the New Braunfels area, you should book an appointment now. So many amazing services are offered and you will absolutely be pleased with them!

I had an appointment with Laura today. Botox, needles (what needles!!? ) she was so incredibly gentle, it was almost unbelievable. After my session was done, the Serenity room was available and I spent a few minutes there before leaving. What an amazing experience. This place is amazing! Kathy took care of all my beauty needs. She was extremely educated, and compassionate. She is very experienced and really takes her time which is much appreciated. The staff was professional and friendly. The clinic was clean and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back for all my beauty needs!!! Thank you Hill Country Med Spa!!!!

Andrea is always very pleasant and she does an amazing job with my facials and treatments. She is always a pleasure to talk to and readily available to answer my questions. The front desk staff always makes you feel welcome.

Laura is very professional with great bedside manner. I love working with her. I definitely recommend coming here for treatments and consultations. I had a negative experience at Dr. Browns dermatologist office up the road and was treated properly when I called Hill Country Med Spa and met Laura!

A great experience from beginning to end! All the staff I encountered made me feel welcome and so friendly! I haven’t had filler/botox in over a year because of a bad experience with another med spa in Bulverde (it may or not have been Kevin, a physician at Tru-Skin) I have lived in several different states and been to many different med spas, but so far Hill Country Med Spa has been my favorite ❤️ Laura was absolutely amazing from the consult to the injectables. She took her time throughout the 2 hr visit and I had only minor discomfort during the filler phase of the appointment. Also, I have never had a med spa give me an estimate, and it was a reasonable one. I will definitely be returning and look forward to some amazing treatments! Thank you so much Laura and staff!
