HEBA'S Studio

So thankful I found Heba!! I recently moved to the area and was in desperate need of a haircut and highlight revamp. I have a lot of breakage and have fine, thin curly hair. I've been hesitant to try someone new because I had a stylist overprocess my hair a few years ago, causing tons of breakage and damage, but Heba immediately put me at ease with her knowledge and calm presence. I was blown away by this transformation!! She did such a great job with my hair AND color!! I've never been so happy with the shade of blonde she did for me. Heba is very kind, funny and personable to talk to as well and made the whole experience amazing. Photo attached shows end result (amazing!) as compared to what I walked in with (top right hand corner--a hot mess!). She knew exactly what to do, 10/10 recommend to all curly hair people in the DMV!

Heba is a true artist and a joy to work with! I have been to see her twice now and been very happy both times. The first was for a curly cut and the second for highlights and both totally exceeded my expectations. I really appreciate scheduling by text - we are all busy and she makes it so easy. From the initial text she asks for pictures of your current hair so she can give you realistic answers on time and pricing. Then when you arrive for your appointment she gives you another consultation and asks for pics of your vision (so come prepared :). Her salon is super peaceful and while she is fun to chat with she will also let you sit quietly and relax. She is a really nice person and I enjoy spending time with her - we were cracking up yesterday! In addition she is very sensitive to any physical limitations you may have like reclining your head in the wash bowl and will do her best to adjust to what you need. If you have curly hair, seeing Heba is a MUST. The pics below are of my hair after and before my curly cut. These are my own pics - the ones Heba took are much better 😊

I went to Heba to get Pintura Highlights on my 3c/4a hair. First off she was so sweet! Such a pleasant personality and also very funny. Second, she knew exactly what she was doing. I have never been in a hair salon because I do have curly hair and its hard to trust anyone to do it properly. But i'm glad I went to Heba because she did perfect job giving me pintura highlights and a cut!

Went back to Heba again for the 3rd time to get some partial highlights and loved it! She is so very personal and energetic. I will continue to come here to get my hair cut and especially colored 🙂

Walking in I was so nervous. I had not cut my hair in awhile and it’s because I have a hard time trusting people with my hair. I will never go anywhere else as long as I’m in the area. She educated me and asked questions about my routine. Made suggestions and reassured me. Every step of the way she would tell me what she was doing and why she was doing it. She was sweet, kind and very welcoming. I will be going to her for products!! 5 stars!!!!!

First time going to Heba and I’ll be back! She was able to coax out my curls, keep the length I like to be able to put my hair up when needed and shared great tips and tricks for how to get these curls myself during my daily routine at home. She works very collaboratively with you- listening to what you want and what you normally do/what products you use to style your hair and then she provides the best cut to help you achieve the look you are hoping for without pushing any fancy products at the end of the appointment. Her studio is neat, clean and follows safety precautions for COVID as well.

loved Heba! she was sweet, wonderful, funny, and gave my thin hair some beautiful shape and volume!! she also texts back really fast at anytime of day (or night LOL) I would def recommend her and I'll be going back again 🙂
