Haynes Community Center and Park

Only went for basketball courts. Great courts.. great hoops.. NO FENCE! The only fence is the one blocking the main highway & of course the tennis courts, which always gets fenced in. Why don't they ever fence in b-ball courts like they do tennis ball courts!? Anyway, would have gave 5 stars but end up playing chase-ball instead of b-ball. But the playgrounds are big& there is a dog-park. They also have the small community building that hosts different things, like playing cards, chess and other things that you'll have 2 check out on their website 4 details I guess. All in all, a great park for us location!

Very nice park with lots of amenities such as small grills, seating, playground, basketball court, horae shoe & tennis courts. Nice big trees and great view of Sandia mountains! It does need more doggie bag stations.

Nice park to hang out during stay in Rio Rancho. Great Mountain Views. Large green field for various entertainments

Me and my granddaughter love coming to this swimming pool. Has a huge playground by it. So we first play on the playground then eat a little something under the beautiful trees on the grass. 30 minutes later we’re off to go in and swim to cool off.. so much to do at HaynesPark.. Have to come to swim

All ages flag rugby ages 4 through 19. Free to public. Participation requires $15 USA rugby fee for the remaining six weeks of coaching

Nice park, the kids like the pool. Love that you can take a cooler packed with goodies, and spend the whole day at the pool. Only bad thing is not enough shaded areas. The park area is nice and clean, wish there was more to do for my 1 year old grandson. But for the older kids there are basketball courts, tennis courts, huge grass area to play soccer or football on. Also a nice walking path.

Haynes Park is super spacious and really nice overall. The bathrooms weren’t great and they don’t allow floats or life jackets in the kids’ pool, but the place was clean and the lifeguards were really attentive, so we still had a fun time.
