The staff is amazing. Dr. Armour is phenomenal. She is so gentle with her touch and spirit. I typically find so much discomfort in going to the dentist but she made my experience so incredible!

I have been coming here since I was a kid myself so it was only right to bring my son. He always gets the best care either with Ms.Joyner herself or her son. They take great care of him every time and always tell me where I can improve with his teeth and how. I love this dentist and will continue to come. They take their time and always process the best care

The entire staff is super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. From the front administration to the actual doctors and assistants. My daughter is about halfway along the way in her braces path and the entire process has been phenomenal.

Everyone was so kind and amazing. I was nervous for my son’s first appointment but he did amazing and the dr and staff were great! They took the time to answer all my questions in depth and address any concerns. So happy this was the experience we had to set him up for positive views of the dentist office and future appointments. Thank you!

Update: I found a review on Yelp where a mother and son went through the exact same situation that me and my child went through at our last appointment. Anyways, I've reported everything to, and filed complaints with every relevant bureau, board, association, and accreditation. Right now, I'm in utter disbelief with how unprofessional this business is. I never thought this would happen to my family (despite seeing other reviews detailing bad visits), as I've trusted them with my disabled son's dental care for 3 years; and yet, this morning, I was informed that the office has discontinued my child as a patient, without any prior notification...all because I exercised my right as a Medi-Cal member, and contacted Medi-cal for clarity and confirmation... after my son's last appointment left me confused and concerned. This morning, the phone-answering staff member literally admitted that this reasoning was notated as to why they removed him from the schedule and will no longer see him...is this not retaliation? How can a medical establishment operate this way? How can they cancel my son's follow-up appointment like this? Mind you, this is a follow-up appointment for the extensive oral surgery they did on my son 3 weeks ago. Every surgery is supposed to have a follow-up, is it not negligent to refuse to do so, especially for no justifiable reason? To me, this is unethical and unconscionable, and I am beyond hurt, especially for my son's sake. He is already disadvantaged because of this special needs, and for a child to be treated like this by "adults" that I, as a parent, trusted with his health, is heartbreaking. Note to this business: Please don't even bother to comment and ask me to reach out to you about this review, as you did previously. I was hung up on this morning, while I was still talking (because she had to attend to patients in front of her, but was I not also a patient that she was already attending to?), so I find any statements about "hating to hear we had a less than awesome experience" and "wanting to hear more details" hard to believe. Your staff also avoided talking to the Medi-Cal representative, so your chance to make this right has passed.

The visit was fast but extensive. The technician, dentist, and office staff were down to earth and professional. I felt well informed on the procedure my son needed to have healthy mouth and teeth.
