This 4 star review pertains to not providing accurate information on the website and phone call. I posted a screenshot of what is included in the brain boost from their website. I called last week to schedule an appointment for 3 of my family members. However, prior to schedule an appointment I wanted to confirm the IV therapy information on the website is accurate. For the brain boost, the information on the website was inaccurate. The website state it only has fluids, electrolytes, super B complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12), folate, magnesium, zinc, and Taurine. On the phone call, the receptionist stated it also includes selenium & glutathione. I went ahead and schedule the appointments. Once there, they informed us the brain boost does NOT include B5, B6, and selenium. My mother mainly wanted selenium therefore was upset she wouldn't have this. They stated they can add B5 and B6. It's frustrating that they provide different information each time. If we would have known that the brain boost does not have selenium my mother would have not schedule an appointment. However, since a $100 non-refundable booking fee was paid my mother proceeded with the appointment. Also, my mother drove 2 hours to this location so she can have the treatment done with my grandmother who lives in the area. Besides the inaccurate information, they are kind and the place was clean.

I experienced an amazing 60 minute massage again today and I feel terrific! Jennifer did an excellent job as always. I initially went hoping for relief for a chronic soreness/pain in my left shoulder blade/neck area and with each session I saw more improvement. After a few sessions it was no longer an issue but I have continued to go on a regular basis and the benefits are great. My muscles aren’t as stiff and tight as they were prior to my first massage about a year ago. I plan on continuing to go every two months which seems to meet my needs. I highly recommend Jennifer at Harmony Medical Spa in Gastonia!

I received my first IV vitamin bag at Harmony Medical Spa. Dr. Crosby was pleasant and knowledgeable as well as the assistant. I didn't feel the effect right away but I would try their services again. I would recommend giving them a chance as they have various services.

I went in for PRP microneedling. I was a little nervous however everything went great. The numbing cream works! That was a big deal to me since I had a rough experience in the past at a different location. The dr came in and talked to me about how my procedure would go. After 30 mins of numbing the Esthetician came in and did the procedure. I highly recommend Harmony Spa.

Maxi recently completed my 6th session for laser hair removal. I would HIGHLY recommend her! As a matter of fact, I left her office, and scheduled a facial for next week with her. She always made me feel welcome, comfortable and appreciated. She is wonderful along with all the other employees. Dr Crosby did fillers for me a few years ago and I highly recommend her as well.

Loved my hydrafacial with Alyssa. She was so knowledgeable and kept me informed of what was going on at all times. I will be back for more hydrafacials with her and possibly a chemical peel. Office is clean and inviting. So glad I found Harmony Medical Spa.

This was my first massage (and I’m in my mid-70s)! I was struggling with pain in my left shoulder/back area and sought relief. Jennifer was wonderful and explained everything to me as she did her magic. I have a much better understanding of how my muscles work with one another and could feel the difference from head to toe. I had no idea I was so very tight all over until Jennifer relaxed my muscles. I have had a few weeks of relief and will happily return soon for another massage with Jennifer!
