Issue: my disabled email associated with the school is not allowing any logging. Ham Cty Schl might have deactivated it Solving: plurality of calls over months were made (since graduation in may of 25 until now). None received ANY feedback. Gov stuff is always tough and non-efficient EVEN OVER YEARS

They don't really care about the kids, in middle school I was sa TWICE ON CAMERA and another time in a classroom. They didn't do anything, and when I reported the time in the classroom they said since he denied it they can't do anything. Once in a while you get good people but it's very rare. I don't feel safe at school I'm in 10th grade now, I cannot understand anything. Most of my teachers act like I'm invisible, I can barely even do subtraction and they expect me to do whatever we're doing now, when I ask for help they do one problem and expect me to just suddenly know it all. I've been in Hamilton county my whole life, been bullied since kindergarten they don't do anything about it. Which reminds me in kindergarten so like 2015 when frozen just came out I was in love with it and why did my teacher roll her eyes at me when I wore frozen things, can I not be a kid? All and all I'm thinking about going somewhere else, the county has failed me through it all.

Terrible school district. Care nothing about the kids or the community. I would not put my children into this public school system.

Parents pay sports fees so students can play a sport(s). Then everytime you go to a game, they charge you to watch. Crazy. If all the games were under lights, on an awesome field, you'd understand why they charge for it, but that is rarely the case. On top of that - they charge middle and HS students to come into the game (but not teachers). And the amount is never the same. And sometimes you can only pay by app, and then get charged an additional fee. Would be nice if someone addressed this. Nickel and diming everyone to death.

Ultimate failure of Special Education in Hamilton County, TN: using "least restrictive environment" as an out for not supporting their students, not looking at medical/mental health diagnosis to consider whether a student needs support, being completely unorganized and neglectful in their system and last but not least…not listening to parents who live with and know the child best. As a parent of children with trauma histories, this is not the county you want your children to attend school in.

Completely unorganized registration process at Spring Creek elementary school. Waited in a very long line which was to be expected but then had to visit several different tables set up asking for the same information that was given at previous tables. My child will start Monday and then not go again until Thursday. Makes absolutely NO sense at all. Do not know who her Kindergarten teacher will be or any information about ANYTHING. Complete cluster. My child is zoned for several different schools so not sure if the registration process was this difficult elsewhere or indicative to just this particular school. I am definitely concerned that there may be a lack of organized leadership here.

My son is being bullied, a student hit him not once but twice within a week, then threaten his life!!!! The student was suspended for a few days and we were told that my son would have to see him on the third grade hall but they would "protect him" not satisfied at all. The school system is terrible and I’ve called the school board 4 times and haven’t been able to speak to anyone
