Went in for a haircut and deep conditioning treatment. I have super dry hair and had a lot of breakage. V got my hair looking healthy and full again. Then sent me on my way with a custom coffee. Love the elagance in these simple touches. Her space is beautiful with an abundance of plants. Shes relatable and inviting.

I hate leaving bad reviews! She RUINED my hair…..the color was nothing that I wanted or asked for. During consultation she explained she could only do one color, nothing like my inspo picture…the color/bleached she used literally caused breakage. She mentioned she could fix it which I wouldn’t have mind BUT what made me not want to go back was that I asked her to please only buy a 1/2 of an inch off!!! She literally cut ALL my hair off….I have never had any experience like this before. Now it will take a year or more to grow my hair back out…I’m sure she will have some condescending comment below, because unfortunately that is what I got when I reached out about cut/color, no empathy or apology. I had to go spend hundreds of dollars for a color correction from another stylist! The new stylist mentioned she must of not known how to cut curly hair!! Complete nightmare! -As you can see, it is a condescending response from owner, It is completely true when I am saying that you do not know how to cut curly hair you know that curly hair shrinks up, and I only ASKED for half of an inch off. You cut more than 1 inch off (which you said in your response, which clearly means you are the one not telling the truth) because you also did the face framing which took more hair off. The back of my hair is longer than the front and it’s extremely noticeable because my hair is curly and it looks choppy. I understand that you said that we cannot get to my inspo picture for the color, but I never asked to have bleach fully all over my hair! Which caused breakage all throughout my hair! Which I had to pay hundreds of dollars for another stylist to fix. The other stylist was completely confused of why you would even color my hair that color from the Inspo picture that I showed. Also, you keep mentioning box color when I explained to you I was using box color simply only for my roots for my grey. You literally ruined my hair! You literally are taking no responsibility at all! And that is the distasteful part of it all. I can add pictures of the horrible color job that you did! Below is the picture of the horrible hair color that I had to get corrected! And next to it is the inspo picture of what I wanted (I had dark brown hair to begin with), Thank you for wasting my time and money! I wouldn’t have wrote a a bad review if you would have taken responsibility and also showed some type of empathy. She wanted me to show proof so I definitely did! And I also left her text message that she sent me saying that I am out of line when I went and spent close to $500 on nothing! She obviously has no professionalism whatsoever! - BTW, all of your excuses make zero sense! Amethyst salon was able to fix the color and it looks pretty close to the Inspo picture! They did the color with no issues 👍🏽

After being on the hunt for a good hairdresser for what seems like forever I finally found her! Viannie did such a great job. She did a balayage on my hair so that took about 4hrs but it honestly didn’t even feel like I was there that long we were just talking away. She is so nice and friendly you can just tell she’s very passionate at what she does. I definitely recommend her 🙂

Very happy with my Brazilian Blowout. Viannie was also super flexible when I asked to switch my dates last minute. I will definitely be back again and would recommend her to anyone looking to get a service. 10/10
