I was very disappointed with the cake I received. I ordered the cake on a Wednesday to be ready for pickup Thursday evening so we could cut it on Friday for a birthday. I gave them a picture and was told they couldn’t do a heart shape which was fine but I wanted the same style of vintage and for it to be the shades of brown like the picture. When I picked up the cake the brown looked off and i asked why it didn’t look brown since it looked more green. The lady at the bakery told me they had airbrushed the cake, I’m not sure if it’s because they couldn’t make a brown using just buttercream but regardless I don’t know what color they used but it did not look any kind of brown. I needed the cake for the next day so I didn’t make a big deal of it because I wouldn’t have time to get it fixed anyways. When we cut the cake on Friday it was not at all what I had ordered. I asked for vanilla buttercream and they put chocolate icing/buttercream on the cake. The cake was also supposed to be vanilla with a strawberry filling but there was no filling at all. It’s like the bakery didn’t even go by the order sheet at all! It’s a shame because I’ve seen beautiful vintage cakes in their display case before which is why I ordered at this bakery.

I am so extremely disappointed in the Sushi items I purchased. I live in liberty so it's a bit of a drive to HEB Baytown. I bought 3 different platters for my lunch date today. It was horrible. We couldn't even eat it. I am tossing it in the woods for the raccoons. That's alot of money wasted. Do better HEB, because your my favorite store. Not even worth one star!

Your curbside has has some serious problems. I’ve been waiting for almost 40 minutes! The first 20 minutes were sitting out in the street hoping I don’t get hit! At the time I’m writing this we still do not have our groceries got in line at 8:15 p.m. an it’s currently 8:57 p.m. HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Absolutely disappointed is the lack of effort for a cake that was made for me. Completely did not follow directions. Zero effort on the lettering. Zero effort on the theme of the cake. Arrived to pick up the cake and image was not on it. Orange icing was already on the cake, told them the picture was supposed to be on it. They couldn't find the Picture for a while, once they found it they just put it on the cake with zero effort and the photo started to get super wavy Never going for cakes there's ever avain.

We had great experiences coming here during the day but when you come in the evening around 7pm there is NOTHING in stock. No meat/protein and no cheese/dairy items. Please be more considerate for the evening shoppers. I will be calling tomorrow morning to relay the message to someone that can assist me with this matter.

I had a baby shower cake made last minute and HEB came thru like a champ and it turned out amazing!!! Thank you so much !

I recently had an amazing shopping experience at H-E-B! The store was impeccably clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed.
