As far as the airport I would highly recommend it. Very nice, polite employees. Essy to navigate, quick easy security check. My only complaint is the snack/drink counter. I wouldn't recommend my worse enemy make a food purchase. Spent $43 (including tip) for 4 cinnamon rolls, 2 orange juice, 1 water and a coffee. The orange juice was barely cool, water was as expected, coffee was drinkable. However, the 4 cinnamon rolls were not just "stale" they appeared to be a minimum of 2 weeks old sitting in the display case. There was no way we could eat them. Save you money.
I recently flew with breeze which has always been great for my needs. Someone accidentally took my bag from the baggage claim and Sheryl at the customer service counter was absolutely amazing. She was able to track down the person who took it and get it returned back to me within hours. Her customer service and care is unmatched. Thank you so much!!
The airport is clean, but I haven't had any good interactions with the staff because I got stranded at the airport (as a military personnel with 4 others), but no one even came to help us. So, we slept on the floor at the airport. And couldn't go back in because we weren't traveling out of the place. Instead, we came for training 😔
I parked outside and got a ticket that said 0 to 30 minutes was free. I parked, walked my kids inside, said goodbye, then came back out. I pulled up to the end lane upon leaving at 28 minutes after the ticket was purchased. Inserted the ticket. It kept saying invalid. Tried over and over several times (and yes it was the correct side up and direction). By the time it finally took it, it said I had to pay $2. Frustrated to say the least, instead of trying to fight it because nobody was working, I tried to pay it after trying 2 cards many times each, that have huge limits and 0 balances.. every time it said the ticket was invalid? After 5 minutes if this somebody came back and opened up lane 1. I pulled up and explained what happened nicely as I mentioned above, and this lady said with an attitude, sorry it's still $2. I'm mad beyond words. If their machine had worked properly or they had anyone working at the time i pulled up this would not have been an issue. So I told her I just spent $700 on plane tickets and that she needed to find a supervisor, that I wasn't paying a single penny at this point. She just walked off and in 2 minutes the gate opened. Nobody ever said anything to us. So we left. We give them business regularly. That was terrible customer service. After bring told to pay when wasn't our fault, then we tried to pay and couldn't which wasn't our fault, and then to get spoken to like we were past the limit when we pulled to and was trying to get out of paying? If we pulled up after the time limit, I would have paid no problem. I'm all about fair and costumer service. But all of that was ridiculous.
Wonderful little airport! Great for vacationing or business. Easy to get through. I think there are 10 gates or so in the airport. They do have a decent number of food options for a small airport. The rental car center is extremely convenient.
One of the nicest and easiest airports to take off from. Conveniently located with a great staff and everyone is super nice and friendly as well. Southern hospitality at its finest.
Honestly, the best small airport I’ve ever been to TSA it’s never understaffed We just got breeze. I flew them one time to Vegas round-trip for $200 amazing. Since it’s such a smaller airport normally when you’re leaving, the plane is not fully booked! On my last trip on the way to Vegas, I stopped to buy the little restaurant upstairs and have breakfast with a mimosa. They made that thing strongggg The little shop is improving better books and they still have Pedialyte. Amen. Maybe one day we’ll have postcards
