I had an excellent appointment today with outstanding customer service from everyone. Visiting this place for my follow-up was a truly pleasant experience. My dentist was fantastic, and the X-ray process was completely comfortable. Young man dental assistant was very professional and very nice. Highly recommend! You will like this place👏🏼

I recently had a fantastic experience at Greenlake Dental with Dr. Benjamin Chang. From the moment I walked in, the friendly and kind staff made me feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Chang took the time to thoroughly explain 😊 my situation regarding the molar I broke from grinding my teeth during sleep.( And practicing his Spanish was very good ) His detailed consultation about my options, particularly the process for a molar implant, was incredibly helpful. He made sure I understood every step, which significantly eased my anxiety about the procedure. I left feeling much better informed and confident in moving forward with the treatment. The atmosphere at Greenlake Dental is warm and inviting, which only adds to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this dental practice for anyone seeking excellent care and support. Dr. Yaman is amazing. I had a huge fear of the dentist, but he made me feel totally safe and relaxed. If you are nervous, go see him! Also, The girl out front is super friendly and made everything easy.

Amazing staff and dental care. The reception staff, nurses and doctors are all the pretty awesome. They have always been helpful and caring. My dental cleaning, deep cleaning and fillings were all done within a short frame of time. And some sessions I only had some discomfort. Overall recommend this dental clinic to everyone. My only complaint is that there is an appointment cancellation charge and I always have some last minute things that pull me aside ;(

I have been coming here for dental care 2-3x a year for the last 4ish years and I have had nothing but positive experiences. All of the staff I have interacted with are all so friendly and caring (I just got off the phone with them again which prompted me to finally leave a review). I feel heard and taken well care of when I come here, and they are sure to hear me out when I feel anxious or worried about the work being done. I recommend them to all of my friends and will continue to do so. Last thing to rave about, the dental care itself feels more thorough than any other dental provider I’ve been to.

I absolutely love it here! Kalina, RDH, is so detailed I feel so safe with her and like she actually cares about my health from blood pressure to flossing. The front desk staff are also very knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. Would highly recommend for evidence-based, immensely high-quality care!

Very happy with my experience here! Dr. Pacheco and staff are friendly, helpful, and transparent about pricing. They also have very cool visual displays to take pictures of your teeth and explain to you what exactly they are doing.
