If I could give this places zero stars.🚫🚫🚫 When I walked in an Asian lady approached me. I checked in and since I had two children 👩🏻👧🏽 she called for help when asking the caucasian lady to attend my other child. The Asian lady and Caucasian lady were having attitude in between the two and exchanged words which made the atmosphere very awkward. I proceeded to have my daughter sit down on one chair let the Asian lady know the length of what my child wanted. She got to cutting. I noticed the first layer she cut way too short. My daughter instead started to cry, the issues was my daughter can’t have a updo ponytail she is in cheer there was no way I would have asked her hair be that short. She has to have an updo ponytail. She (hairstylist) said I’ll fix but the damage was done she left the other hair the length that was expected. Since I was so worried about her messed up the little one hair more. I wasn’t paying attention, to my other daughter hair cut. When I turned to the other side I saw The Caucasian lady cutting my daughter’s hair with hair clippers. I thought this was unusual but she was a professional. And was like I’m going to wait till the end result she took them About five minutes and was done with the haircut I didn’t like it, but at that point there was all that commotion of my first daughter’s hair, not coming out good, And the very negative vibes in that Salon I just figured I would call customer service after the haircuts and get the issue resolved. At that point, I did go ahead and pay Not knowing what else I could do at that moment because I did not see anybody in management there at the location. I went ahead and called customer service and when speaking with the store manager, she stated to me there could possibly be a refund for one child. That she would get back to me and she never got back to me. So if your looking to cut your hair definitely not here SAVE YOUR MONEY 💰 not worth spending it there very poor services and skills❗️💇🏻‍♀️🚫🚫🚫👎🏻

Seriously worst haircut ever. By the time I was walking around and looking in the mirror it looked so choppy. I seriously wanted to cry. First two photos are my reference photos.. then there is the haircut I got. I ended up just telling the stylist it was fine and leaving because she was struggling to blend where she blunt chopped my first layer to the rest of my hair.

By far the best location I've been to! Love this group! Everyone of them are friendly and helpful. I've never been disappointed with a single cut! Thank you all!

Under new management, but the same great hairdressers are still there. Nene always does an amazing job on any type of haircut for any age. Mary and Michelle cut my 4 and 14 year olds hair on our most recent visit.

Been a customer here since 2017, Usually have a few girls here who do my son's hair, well today none of them were here and the Asian lady insisted she knew what she was doing, well now I'm having to walk out with a mad 7th grader, in his own words "And I was trying to not make a fool out of myself." As per usual I asked for an undercut I even asked the lady if she knew how to do it to what she said she did, and whatever she did was still all uneven. I hate being rude to service industry workers but this lady "stylist" is just plain rude doing this to a kid before starting the first day of school, this lady has 1 style for what I've noticed over the years I wanted to believe it was upon request. We're good tippers but not this time. Actually not going back to this location again, don't ever want to encounter myself under the same circumstances.

Good haircut, luckily I had a coupon cause the cuts are getting expensive

Me and My sister went in They did a good job with the cut. But, Then the Ladies Refused their own Great Clip Coupon's for 7 dollar cut. Which they new we had before the cut. So the the cuts were 19.00 plus tax.
