Simply put- the front office receptionist are nice and the office is clean. Dr Jay is condescending and my appointments were a waste of time and should’ve been a zoom meeting- I felt so rushed and not worth her time being there. Both my appointments were 5 minutes or less. My first appointment I had to call their office 3 times to let them know cvs never got my prescription even though they said they sent it. My husband also went to see Dr Jay last month in January and he still hasn’t gotten his prescription from cvs cause they haven’t sent it over to the pharmacy. My second appointment with Dr Jay I could hear her talking to her assistant about how she never told me to use Clin during the day even though she did tell me to during my first appointment and it even said so on the prescription paper all meds come with. She never asked me about it once she got in the room though.. I won’t be returning.

Dr. Jay is an excellent clinician! Very knowledgeable. Many years ago, she solved a skin issue for me that I had consulted several other doctors about, without success. After seeing Dr. Jay she knew immediately what the problem was, prescribed a medication and I had relief within 15 minutes!

Dr. Jay and every member of her team are exceptional. They take your skincare needs seriously, offer wonderful bedside manner, and are highly knowledgeable about the latest and most effective treatment options—each carefully tailored to your individual needs. Dr. Jay is excellent. She is thorough, takes her time to listen to patients and explains issues and treatment options.

Two doctors misdiagnosed my husbands autoimmune skin disorder, causing my husband to suffer for 3 months. Dr. Jay took one look at his wounds and said, "I know exactly what this is!" Immediately took a biopsy to make sure of the diagnosis. It's been a journey, but with Dr. Jay's guidance and compassion to help make this skin condition better, she has put us on the best path to recovery. The doctor and all her staff are extremely efficient, kind, professional, and I wouldn’t go any place else.
