Hey friends, I’m in a unique position to share two perspectives—both as an adult student and as a parent. Adult: I practiced Taekwondo 48 years ago. Now, at 63, I’m back on the mat and having the time of my life. The adult class at the Midtown location meets three evenings a week and is taught by Master Seo himself. Every session blends conditioning, Taekwondo, and lessons on living a better life. Master Seo is recognized by World Taekwondo in Korea, and it’s incredible that we have him here in Tulsa. Parent: My two sons trained in Taekwondo from ages 3 and 4 through high school. I know firsthand how important it is to pick the right school for your kids. Here’s my advice: don’t just look at the kids in class—look at the junior instructors. They’re the ones who’ve grown up through the program. Golden Dragon Taekwondo School is amazing! My older son has been training here for four years with great results, and my younger son just started and loves it. Students at Golden Dragon definitively grow to be representatives of its creed, and there are no other instructors of taekwondo in Oklahoma like the instructors at the several locations within the city.

We started taekwondo here back in February with our six-year-old, and it's been an incredible experience in every aspect. Master Seo, Lydia and all of the junior instructors are kind, helpful and, above all, committed to helping kids grow in confidence and ability. We've seen some pretty amazing growth in our kiddo, and this is def a highlight of his week! If you're considering martial arts for your kids, I would highly recommend giving them a try!

This place has been life changing for my son!! Before taekwondo, Michael was mostly interested in gaming. Master Seo and Master Brian encouraged and pushed Michael to be the best version of himself. His level of confidence grew along with his skill. He now competes in tournaments and teaches some of the younger kids what he learned. It’s truly been amazing!
