I went in on Thursday for my regular cleaning. Great experience, super positive atmosphere and the hygienist talked me through everything she was doing. I ended up getting one of my molars sealed. It felt too high when she was done, but she assured me that I would get used to it. Fast forward to Friday morning, I was not used to it. I couldn’t chew the right way and my jaw was very sore. I called Dr. Flemings office and heard back from him shortly after that he would get it fixed that day. He took the time to come in on a day the office was closed to make sure that the sealant was corrected and I felt good with what happened. He admitted that it had been a bit overfilled and apologized for the error. You can tell them Dr. Fleming really prides himself on doing quality work and making sure that his patients are taken care of, comfortable, and happy with the dental care they’ve received. So glad I found this office and will continue receiving care here in the future.

Dr. Fleming is both professional and personable and his staff are equally enjoyable to be around. They generally run on time and don't subject you to long waits in the lobby when you arrive. I had my first filling at 47 years old and Dr. Fleming and his assistant explained what they were doing as they went along and made sure I was comfortable. I cannot recommend Dr. Fleming highly enough.

I haven't been to a dentist in years. I had a small discomfort on one of my teeth and decided to find one that took my insurance. Dr. Fleming and all his staff are great, exceptional care and a light hearted environment, which was a welcome. I highly recommend Fleming Dental Co..

Highly recommend. Everybody deserves an experience like this. They treat their clients as if they are working on their own family. I can’t say enough good things about this place. If your somebody scared of dentists, I highly suggest to come here. You will feel welcomed, loved, and comfortable!! Some of the coolest, and caring people I’ve met!

Dr. Joey Fleming is absolutely fantastic! I've been seeing him for my Invisalign treatment, and I couldn't be happier. He is incredibly attentive and has been great about listening to and addressing any concerns I've had along the way. His approach is professional and caring, and he truly makes you feel like a valued patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Fleming to anyone looking for a top-notch dentist.

I highly recommend Dr. Fleming’s practice for all your dental needs. He has a very friendly and professional staff. He is very considerate to your comfort and needs. I went to Dr. Fleming after having bad experiences with other dentist who either found things that were not wrong with my teeth and wanted to do unnecessary work, or did work, such as a crown, etc., that were not done correctly and had to be redone by Dr. Fleming. Most recently, Dr. Fleming helped me with my Invisalign treatment and I’m very happy with my teeth that are now straight and white. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Fleming for your all dental needs.

My first experience with Dr. Fleming was great. Unfortunately, my second was that of a complete 180. I was scheduled for a root canal which requires complete numbing to proceed as the nerve is being exposed. My mouth would not take, regardless of the various approaches and two differing numbing agents. I appreciated Dr. Fleming’s persistence. What I did not appreciate was once Dr. Fleming began to lose hope that he would find a solution, he had expressed to me that he was "not sure what to do for me". That was not the most comforting thing to hear while in the chair. Dr. Fleming then ran cold water over the tooth while the drill was simultaneously running; when I flinched he followed up with something along the lines of "I have yet to even made contact with the drill. That was only water". Mind you, he expressed to me many times to let him know if I felt any sensations whatsoever (even if they were bearable because they would no longer be beatable once the nerve was exposed). What I had felt was the cold water which I should not have been able to feel. He became visibly frustrated and all professionalism had left the room. He chalked it up as my anxiety. Beyond unprofessional for you to disregard what I am feeling physically. He could see my frustrations as his patient and said so (as I was no longer giving verbal responses and rather nods and head shakes. There was no longer any point in voicing what I was feeling; it was only taken with a grain of salt). I agreed that I was frustrated, to which he followed up with "and I’m not helping," to which I also agreed. I found myself so frustrated and eventually in tears as I was made to feel like the problem. I was told he was so experienced and that my experience of not only not being able to be completely numbed was so rare as was my poor experience, so he claims. Mind you, I too have family who have not taken to numbing agents during similar procedures, likely genetic. Therefore, I know what I was feeling. I expressed to Dr. Fleming how invalidated I felt, how I felt as though I was being made out to be dramatic, and that I no longer felt comfortable in his chair. He did apologize however once the tooth was cleaned to the extent that it could be, he told the dental assistant "She’s done. Don’t charge her" and left the room with no words for me. Steer clear.
