Five Below

This place is trashed. They have items available online, but going in the store you can't find anything. Everything is out of place. Asking someone for help is irrelevant. Ask one person who was showing pictures on the phone to another co-worker, sends you to another person, who came to help, leaving without saying anything. Looked for him and he was in the front of the store giggling with a women employee. Ridiculous. Wonder who is managing this store.

The scent of these candles is not strong at all once lit. I would not recommend them.

I recently visited a Five Below location and had an experience so wonderful, I can’t stop smiling just thinking about it. She went above and beyond to make sure I found everything I needed, even offering helpful suggestions with such care that it felt like a friend giving advice, not just an employee doing her job. Her knowledge of the store was impressive, and her enthusiasm was absolutely contagious. She clearly loves what she does, and it shows in the way she treats every customer—with respect, patience, and warmth. And let me tell you about her team—what a reflection of her leadership and spirit! Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, courteous, and eager to help. They worked together seamlessly, creating a stress-free, fun, and positive shopping experience. Whether they were tidying up the aisles, assisting other customers, or ringing up purchases, they all did it with a level of care and attentiveness that truly stood out. It’s not often that you leave a store not only with great finds but also with a full heart. Thanks to Paris and her team, that’s exactly how I felt. A few months ago I came to store, it was so clean, so perfect, the best condition I have seen a five below in my life. I was looking for a teddy bear for my daughter and this Arabic girl, helped me so much to pick it and cashed me out. Last week I went to the store, and it was filthy. There was things everywhere on the floor, a terrible mess, and I didn't receive any help whatsoever. I asked a few workers for help, and did not receive anything to help me with what I was looking for. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received compared to a few months ago. I used to come on Sundays after church to buy my kids something sweet, and now I don't plan on ever coming again.
