I had a tooth extraction and an implant placed, and it was also my first time being sedated. From start to finish, the experience was amazing. The entire team made me feel so cared for, safe, and comfortable, and everything truly felt like a breeze. They explained every step in detail, which really helped ease my nerves. The hygienist did an incredible job, and Dr. Patel is exceptional. His wife is wonderful as well, and you can truly feel the care throughout the office. The whole staff is amazing. I highly recommend this office.

They’re always able to schedule all five of our kids on the same day, which is a huge help. I love the individual attention each child receives, and the office is very flexible with our busy schedule. The staff is consistently polite and professional. We’ve been coming here since we moved to Texas and have never had any issues. The facility is clean and well maintained, and they’re wonderful with our little ones—always helping them feel comfortable. I also really appreciate being able to text for communication; it makes things much easier when we’re busy. Most of all, I love that our entire family can come to one place instead of having to use different offices based on age.

I am speaking as a person that has high anxiety about going to the dentist…any dentist. I had met Dr. Patel once after having his dental hygienist clean my teeth. Fast forward 10 months and I find myself in his dental chair needing a root canal. Dr. Patel of Family Dentistry of Frisco and his staff did everything to ease my anxiety and keep me calm. Dr. Patel is so professional, has a special skill in working with people’s needs while delivering excellent dental care. The best Dr I have ever had. Dr Patel and his staff are so welcoming, professional and attentive to all my concerns. Dr Patel was highly skilled and made sure I was comfortable and painless throughout the procedure . Hygienist was so gentle as well, as I have sensitive teeth. I also took my kid there and I really appreciate how patient and caring they are with the kids.

I began feeling effects of a toothache about a week ago and progressed to the point I knew I needed immediate treatment. Unfortunately, that day was a Sunday and not many options over the weekend and after trying a couple places that advertised weekend visits, none answered their phone. I then saw a Google ad for Family Dentistry of Frisco, read about Dr. Patel and patient reviews. They answered their phone late on a Sunday and said I would be able to come in first thing Monday morning and have whatever treatment needed handled in essentially one visit. I arrived, had scans done and it was determined I had an infected root that required extraction. I was given several options and chose to have IV sedation, tooth extraction with a titanium post replacement. I was in and out in less than 2 hours and literally no pain or discomfort at all. Dr. Patel is an amazing dentist, truly professional, and handled the procedure with great care and precision to the point I am writing this review and don't even notice a tooth was removed today, minus the knowledge the tooth is gone and have sutures. Read other reviews for Dr. Patel and don't just take my word for it. If you have dental anxiety, he will solve for that and actually encourages me without hesitation to go back and fix a few other dental problems i still have to fix.
