This place is a scam. They charged 150 USD, they then forget about you and stop taking your messages/ calls. Their "virtual assistant" doesn't work, since it's a bot. Their actual "assistants" won't reply or take your calls and the link they provide for "online classes" doesn't work. Watch out
Great customer service! I was there on Saturday and asked for information on Mandarin. Very excited to start my classes virtually! P.s. ask for Angie, she is the best!
