I loved my experience with Dr. Koo! Him and his team were all very kind and welcoming, which made the whole visit feel easy and comfortable. Dr. Koo was great, and I felt well taken care of the entire time! I’d recommend for everyone to come and get the experience at Epic Dental 🙂

This review is long overdue, and already had 2 appointments since the transition. The clinic is under NEW ownership, and the doctors were able to keep and maintain the same staff! I initially had the privilege of being a patient of Dr. Rubin on his very 1st day at Epic Dental in Renton. I have to say that I trusted Dr. Rubin from the 1st minute of sitting in his chair!! Not only is Dr. Rubin professional, he is also personable, easy going, and a happy go lucky guy, who really champions for his patients!! It is obvious that Dr. Rubin really cares for his patients and his staff=) There is no doubt--I am in good hands, and I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism from both Dr. Rubin, and his rock star team!!!

First time visit, to have a tooth checked out that's been bothersome. The staff was attentive, professional, and compassionate!! Maureen at the front desk is the kindest receptionist I've ever encountered! Li/Leigh and Dr. Kim were awesome, assessing my issue. Only have good things to say about this crew. I found out that the owner/dentist is also a veteran so that gives me comfort , being a veteran myself. Thank you to Epic Dental.

The experience was amazing. Loved being greeted when I entered the business. Loved the assistant who set things up, and the doc was great. Will be back in two weeks to finish the job. Ty @epic for caring for my teeth. 😊😁

My first visit here yesterday felt safe and comfortable. The staff was super welcoming, and the exam was gentle, smooth, and surprisingly relaxing. The doctor and staff were knowledgeable and professional, and also genuinely caring. Highly recommend!

Epic Dental, at Renton, is TOP SHELF! Doctor Ruben is, by far, the most personable and skilled dentist I have experienced. The dental assistant team of Jenny,Larissa and Ly create the most relaxing environment with meticulous care. Today was my first appointment at epic dental, I planned on just going in for a routine cleanup. I was with Dr. Kim, he was very patient and understanding he was super nice about the whole process. He really loved giving knowledge to help me maintain healthy teeth structure, and what our future plans are going to be. I have been to other dentist that just give me like a little rundown, but he broke down all the anatomy and it genuinely made sense on why he wanted to proceed with the steps he told me about. He didn’t scare me per say, he opened up my eyes on the importance of having good maintenance. The dental assistant was also super nice. I like that on the TV they were playing little animal funny clips haha. I have more appointments scheduled coming soon and i am happy to be on the right track
