Endodontic Associates

After one of my fillings went bad, I was recommended for a root canal by my dentist. This was my first ever root canal and I am blown away by this office; the staff is incredible and very well organized. The receptionist was extremely helpful at explaining the insurance process and what to expect, the x-ray techs were patient and friendly. I unfortunately did have to pay out of pocket since my insurance had maxed out but after the service I experienced, I don’t regret a thing. Dr. Yoon blew me away, her knowledge and expertise really shines through her work. She took her time and explained everything. Throughout the procedure her and her assistant made sure I was comfortable and explained every step as it was happening. My prescription for the pain pills post procedure was filled even before we started the root canal. I was shocked, this office moves like a well-oiled machine. I am now just one day post root canal, and my pain is virtually gone. Dr. Yoon even called to check on me the day after my procedure, that just goes beyond any standard of care I have ever experienced, and I am so impressed. I highly recommend this office, thank you to Dr. Yoon and her staff!

Dr. Anita Hoelschler is terrific! My root canal was quick, painless and overall a great experience. This was my second visit to this practice and I remain a loyal fan! If you are referred here for endodontic treatment by your family dentist, you can relax knowing that this is a state-of-the-art practice run by very skilled professionals! I have referred many friends and family here and we have all received excellent care!

Upon first entering the office, I was taken back by how beautifully decorated the waiting room was, so serene and comfortable, quite elegant in artistry. The office staff was dressed very professionally, very kind and personable. The X-ray area and procedure room are very clean, organized and comfortable as well. Thankfully, X-rays showed I did not require a procedure, but if/when the time comes, I know I am in very good hands. The doctor is very professional and personable as well, I immediately felt at ease. Kudos to Endodontic Associates!!!

I would give it zero if I could!!! My appointment was at 10:00 I got there early to fill out papers which I finished before 10:00 my appointment time! I went into the back at 10:32. They wanted to take a surround X-ray. I told them I have and they should have pictures my dentist took already. The girl said we have those but this is a special one that shows your whole mouth? I asked why it’s the front side tooth? She took the surround X-rays for one tooth of front #12, The girl then said that came out fuzzy so she took a regular X-ray right in the front! Doctor came in for 5 minutes and said I didn’t need a filling or root canal because the tooth wasn’t infected so nothing was done but told me I could come back when that happens! When I went to check out at the check in counter at 10:44 my cost was $452 that was with insurance!?! Because $55 was the office consultation that took 5 minutes and the rest was the for the fancy X-ray that was too fuzzy and the one regular X-ray!! I will never go back there. The doctor was very nice but $452 for 12 minutes is ridiculous. Stay clear I’m a grandmother on social security raising my adopted 16 year old grandson and his words "grandma you just got ripped off." I’ve never done a review but people need to know unless your rich and want to throw your money away find another dentist stay clear. I took a picture of my good tooth they took the picture of.

I want say thank you to Dr Malek who’s very gentle and knowledgeable, she did a very good job and explained the process. I’ll recommend her to anyone. Catherine and the front desk for making my visit comfortable. All are very nice, pleasant and accommodating to me especially Liz who provide me snack and lip gloss and did everything to make me comfortable at all times. Thanks for all you do.

Dr. Carnes took outstanding care of me for my root canal. He is incredibly caring and compassionate and patient. My anxiety over the procedure was replaced by a feeling of comfort that I was in very good hands. Thank you Dr. Carnes!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. The office was immaculately clean. My doctor explained everything to me before the procedure, and kept checking in with me to make sure I was OK. I highly recommend Endodontic Associates for any dental needs that you have.
