Love this place! From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, welcoming, and super professional. The vibe is comfortable and not intimidating at all. Emily is the absolute best! She makes you feel so at ease, talks you through everything, and is incredibly thorough. You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. She has been waxing/sugaring me for about 6 years!

Absolutely loved the new space! It was so great to be greeted by Cela’s warm, smiling face as I walked in. Chelsey has truly poured her heart and soul into making it such a cozy, beautiful, and relaxing spot. Emily worked her magic on my facial—my skin was glowing instantly! Their skincare line has completely transformed my skin over time, and I can really see the difference. I’m so grateful for all the little touches and care the Elevé team puts into everything they do.

I love how Chelsea always pays attention to my concerns and gives me the best advice for my skin and helps me achieve my goals for my skin. All the girls are super nice as well.. I had a fantastic experience at Glow Up Aesthetics in Grand Rapids! The service was excellent—I received an infused IV and a D3 supplement shot. The atmosphere was peaceful, the facility was spotless, and the staff was highly professional. I would highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a great wellness experience.
