DSF Cosmetic and Medical Dermatology, Diane S. Ford MD

I'm a long-time patient of this practice and have nothing bad to say. Front desk staff is always friendly and helpful, and medical support staff are kind and proactive. I have no issues scheduling appointments and the providers are all personable and knowledgeable. I saw Priscille today for my treatment and she was wonderful. I would highly recommend this practice.

Had a scheduled appointment at 10am. Provider didn’t come into the room until 11:05. I guess they were running behind. I was taken into the exam room until 10:30, then asked to undress and sat on the table with only a thin paper garment covering me for another 35 minutes. Was told once the provider was finishing up a procedure and should be in shortly. I have no complaints about any of the staff members- their care was excellent. My issue was the lack of transparency concerning the wait time and knowing that, the staff should have left me comfortably clothed for a longer period.

The medical staff at DSF are very attentive. I love how at the end of every visit Priscille always asks, "Do you have any questions for me?" I never feel hurried at my appointments with her. She always takes the time to educate and answer any questions or concerns that I have. I feel like that is such a gift for doctors to be attentive and to feel heard. Thank you, Priscille, for always taking time to listen and follow up on my concerns.

You need to refine your messaging system. I got a message that the office was closed due to weather in the morning, and another message at 12 pm saying we will see you at 2:45 for your appointment. I went to a closed and locked office. I am very irritated with the unnecessary trip

Been a patient of this practice for many years ♥️ Doctor Ford, and all of her staff are very Knowledgeable and helpful. A very comfortable feeling.

I'm 76, my former dermatologist passed away and I wanted a body scan. Fortunately, I didn't read all of the bad reviews and made a new patient appointment at Dr. Ford's practice. I had no trouble making an appointment, was greeted courteously and had a short wait. I was seen by Dr. Lee, a pleasant young man with a pleasant young assistant. I actually have no idea how old either of them are, but at my age everyone under 60 is beginning to look young. Anyway, I had a spot on my nose that concerned me and he found another on my back. Two weeks later I returned for biopsies. I was sure the back would be easy, but I expected that the needle in the nose would hurt some. I felt nothing. If my nose hadn't gone numb I wouldn't have believed that he had injected anything. Now I'll wait for results which I hope will be benign, then I'll schedule a follow up in about a year. I can't speak to other's experiences, but I'm sold on this practice and Dr. Lee.

Priscilla was really excellent did a very thorough full body analysis took care of some issues. Was very informative and friendly a real great visit.
