She’s guided me through a front tooth implant and crown—right between a set of perfect veneers—so it had to be flawless, and it was. She’s also replaced several very old crowns for me, all completely pain-free and with perfect results. Just yesterday, one of those beautiful front veneers popped off. I called the office, only to find out it was her day off. Within minutes, they called me back to say she was coming in just to take care of me—on her day off! I was blown away. Thirty minutes later, my veneer was back in place and my smile was as good as new. If I could give her 50 stars, I would. I’ve found my dentist for life with Dr. Shin Robin at Union Square Dental Arts! She is without a doubt the best dentist in SF. Nearly 20 years after getting my braces off, Dr. Robin was the first and only dentist to fix the white calcification spots on my two front teeth and I could not be happier with my smile now! The office is beautiful and the entire team is always professional and super welcoming. Even getting cavities filled is easy and comfortable under her care. I would 10/10 highly recommend Dr. Shin Robin (and Dr. Mao) for anyone looking for a great dentist in San Francisco!!!

I recently experienced a botched filling from my trusted regular dentist that left me with two dramatically different front teeth. I was heartbroken and sad and decided to reach out to Dr. Shin Robin for a consultation to see what my options are. As soon as I walked in the office she validated my concerns and said she wouldn't let me leave until my issues were fixed. I'm convinced there's no cooler dentist in the world than Dr Shin Robin. She's got mad skills and her supporting cast is filled with kind and gentle individuals. I'm beyond grateful that my teeth are in her care! Over the last three years, she's taken the drill to seven of my teeth, replacing old fillings and filling in new cavities. Before seeing her, I hadn't been to a dentist in over ten years, so you can imagine I feared for the worst and dreaded at finding the truth that lingered in my mouth. Well, Dr Shin Robin's bright and genuine self had me trusting in her way pretty much right from the start.
