Dr. Aaron D. Johnson, DMD, with Bismarck Smiles

Dr Aaron Johnson is extremely professional and gentle. I highly recommend his services. I am currently having him recrown 5 teeth for me and also one root canal and one post. Everyone there is polite and will make you feel relaxed while you are going through all the procedures. I was blessed when I found his services.

Two stars for the dental hygienist. The cleaning itself was done well. The dentist did not even look in my mouth before asking if I have decided to get crowns for several of my teeth. One of my teeth was removed a few months ago, and they neither noticed nor updated their chart until I told them about it. I asked about fillings, but he did not want to do them, stating that they do not last long. I had two blood tests done on compatibility of dental materials, and the product that this office uses is highly reactive for me. This dentist has neither knowledge nor understanding about allergic reactions that patients could have from certain ingredients used in dental materials. When I refused fluoride treatment, I was questioned, and when I said I was educated by holistic dentists on the toxicity of this treatment in another state where I used to live, this dentist arrogantly said that this is not his philosophy, and that I should look for those dentists in town. Time to search for more knowledgeable and understanding dentist.

Entering Bismarck smiles , you’re greeted with a smile and welcomed by friendly staff. Communication was great between all the staff. Not being at the dentist for years I expected this to be a hassle from dealing with insurance to the actual exam etc etc. Bismarck smiles made this the smoothest dental visit , and I will continue to go here.

Took X-rays listened to Randy’s pain amount and area in mouth and that he had just finished chemotherapy in July concerned about no teeth to chew with after teeth pulled Dr reassured him that he could put a implant that would work for him. Referral was done to a jaw surgeon to extract two teeth one dead one falling apart - not trying to extract himself. Understood the nature of the teeth in x ray and made referral right away.

I’ve always had a great experience everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr Johnson does excellent work I’m glad I found a good dentist. I get my cleanings and everything is improving I’m very satisfied

I am new in Bismarck and picked a great new dentist and staff. I was very impressed with their modern equipment, thorough examination and being able to do my followup work less than a week later!
