Loved my experience with Paige at Downtown Smooth Spa. She has s so knowledgeable and knows what you need if you are unsure like me. It was so relaxing and I could tell a huge difference when I left. Can’t wait until my next appointment! They make you feel right at home when you get there!

Jessie was knowledgeable and kind. Educated me with grace and compassion. After the glo2 facial, I ended up getting a sample of the rescue serum with a cleanser to take home and I can already feel a revival in my glow. Thank you Jessie!

Absolutely loved my Luxe Custom Facial! I booked it while in Knoxville for a conference, and it turned out to be the perfect treat. The whole experience was relaxing and tailored to my skin, but the Gua Sha was the standout — absolutely amazing. It felt incredibly soothing and lifted, and my face looked noticeably refreshed afterward. The therapist, Emily was kind, skilled, and attentive, and the shoulder/scalp massage was a lovely bonus. I left glowing and deeply relaxed. Totally worth it!

This place is amazing from the front to the back. The girls working the front were very welcoming. I’ve never had a chemical peel so I was a little nervous. Jessie did mine today. Not only was she kind, she was very thorough and explained which one would be the best for me. I was very comfortable. My skin is glowing! I will definitely be returning soon!

I have always had a great experience at this Spa, and have been a faithful client for 10+ years. The staff are professional, caring, and provide an excellent continuum of service. They constantly add new facials and product lines to keep up with the most advanced medical techniques and products. Kendra ( the owner and my preferred provider) is extremely knowledgeable, and always makes sure that I understand the services provided, and that I feel comfortable and pampered. I highly recommend this spa!
