Best dentist office I have ever been to. I got my teeth cleaned and examined there about a month ago. The hygienist was really good with her hands. Yesterday the doctor filled two cavities, the steadiness of her hands made it so I did not feel the injection for the anesthesia. When the anesthesia wore off, I forgot I even had been to the dentist. Thank you for such great service!

Desert Ridge Smiles is hands-down the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Sarah, my hygienist, is absolutely amazing. She takes her time (no rushed appointments here!) and uses the innovative GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) method that left my teeth feeling cleaner than ever—seriously, like I just left a spa for my mouth. She also gave me personalized tips that have already improved my daily routine. Dr. Rawal is fantastic—super patient, genuinely caring, and never pushy. She walked me through all my options clearly and made sure I felt 100% comfortable with the plan I chose. The whole team is friendly, the office is spotless and modern, and they truly prioritize your comfort. I’ve had such a great experience at this office! Dr. Rawal and Sarah (my hygienist) are both amazing. They make every visit comfortable and stress free. The atmosphere here feels really welcoming, and I always leave feeling taken care of. Sarah stands out because she gives personalized care and actually takes the time to explain what’s going on with my teeth and gums. She often shares new tools/techniques she’s learned about which makes me feel like I’m getting the most up to date care. I always wanted to start Invisalign but wasn’t sure if it was a good fit for me and it seemed a little intimidating at first. Dr. Rawal took the time to explain exactly how it works and the benefits and she made me feel completely confident moving forward. 4 months in and I’m so glad I decided to start! It’s been exciting to see and feel the changes in my smile throughout the process. I can’t recommend this team enough. They truly care about their patients and make dental visits something to look forward to.

Please think twice before coming to this office. My 22 year old daughter was in for a cleaning, was told she needed a crown. She was not in any pain prior to the crown procedure but within a couple weeks afterwards she is in an immense amount of pain. She called the office and was told she would now need a root cancel and referred to another office. They did not allow her to come in to even look at their work to see if a root canal was even needed. Just referred her for another expensive procedure. My daughter, being on a budget asked for a refund of the $600 she paid not including the insurance they billed. She was told at first that they would only refund $200 and when she expressed disappointment, was told by the doctor that the refund was no longer valid. I’m listed as my daughter’s emergency contact and tried to reach out to the dr to try and resolve this issue and she would not call me back. I’m HUGELY disappointed in this office and to make matters worse they charged me for 2 cleanings up front and now I have no interest in going for my next cleaning. We are out money and my daughter is in pain possibly with an infection or needing a root canal and now we have to start from square one! It would have been nice for the office to help in a couple different ways but instead my daughter was told her chart would be deleted. This behavior is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional.

Patient, kind, and experienced. I have never felt more at ease or informed when seeing a Dentist. Dr. Rawal, and everyone there, make you feel like you're the most important person at they see. I always feel welcomed, and taken care of when im there. Thank you all so much.

Do not go here. I was told I needed a crown that would cost me $600 and it was absolutely necessary and three weeks later was in an immense amount of pain then told I would need a root canal. I went through with the crown procedure, trying to make sure that my tooth would be OK on a tight budget. No one warned me of the risk of possibly needing another expensive procedure like a root canal. I expressed this frustration with the staff and was met with "this is a common thing that happens". I would have gotten a second opinion considering my finances if I was informed of the risk of potential root canal. After speaking with Dr. Rawal, she told me she could offer me a $200 refund. I expressed to her that while I was appreciative I was still frustrated as I was in a lot of pain and really couldn’t afford $1000 root canal at that point and still just wish someone would have warned me (just talking to my dentist like a normal person) she then told me she would no longer be giving me any refund and basically told me to find another dentist. So now I’m out $600, in pain, and need to find another dentist to help me. Run.

From the moment I walked in, Adriana greeted me and helped me out right away she was so sweet and welcoming, which instantly helped ease my nerves. Dr. Ky was extremely attentive and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. You can really tell how knowledgeable she is, and that made me feel like I was in great hands. Her assistant, Jasmyne, was amazing with the X-rays. She made the process smooth and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. As someone with dental fear from past trauma, I really appreciated the extra care and patience she showed it made a big difference in my experience. Barbie, the hygienist, was also wonderful. She was so gentle during my cleaning, and my teeth felt super clean afterward without any discomfort at all. Everyone here made me feel safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend this office if you’re nervous about the dentist they truly understand and care! I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this location! Thank you again!
