Really love this place it’s Amazing Staff, Nurses, and doctors are really friendly and make sure all your concerns are taken care of. Dr. Shane is the Best and Kathy is the best nurse, Ima come here always until god calls me home.

I can't say enough about the wonderful staff and doctors here. They are professional, extremely kind and knowledgeable. My daughter has been a patient for about 3 years and they make her feel so safe and comfortable every visit.

I cant really recommend this place unfortunately. I wish Shane Georgeff was more empathetic and show that he cares by not rushing during the visit. This last time, he even walked at the door while I was still explaining my situation with my skin. He ended up opening the door and I felt he just wants to leave the room so I stopped my conversation. About his competency, not sure how to rate it, my problem hasn't gone away so I cant say he helped me much. This is unfortunate because the staff were really nice. One week after update: Dr Shane called me and apologized, he offered me more solutions to my skin problem. I felt valued and I am grateful for that.

No one EVER answers the phone or returns calls. They are horrible to try to reach. On the off chance that you get to talk to somebody, they aren’t much help—they tell you to call the pharmacy (who often doesn’t have the prescription). We are changing providers.

Best medical practice that I’ve been to in years!!!! The genuine kindness and care shown by everyone in this office is rarely experienced anywhere these days. From the moment you walk in the door, the ladies at the front desk are smiling and genuinely happy to be there. It was evident that the staff truly enjoys working together, which trickles down to how they treat their patients!!! The nurses/assistants in the back are thorough in taking your history and listen to your skin concerns without making you feel rushed. They were on time and explained in detail, step by step, the procedure they were performing. I saw Samantha and cannot say enough good things about her! Her bedside manner was excellent, she is knowledgeable, informative, thorough, and truly a delight.

Dr Samantha Stratton is absolutely amazing! I had a very bad experience almost 20 years ago during mole removals that traumatized me & kept me out of the dermatology office. I had a scare with some moles recently and had no choice but to go see a dermatologist, & I’m so glad fate sent me to her! She made me feel so comfortable, over explained all the details to me, and was so gentle during the removals. I will definitely be back to have treatment done with her & will recommend every one I know that needs a dermatologist to her!! THANK YOU DR STRATTON!!! And her assistant MARY IS AWESOME!!

Wow wow wow!! I just had the best experience with the awesome trio Samantha, Mary, and Kathy!! I was a little nervous because I did have to get a shot but they offered to have someone hold my hand (don't laugh)..Mary was nice enough to hold my hand!! These ladies were so much fun! Amazing bedside manor, smiles, and a clear understanding of the process and post care!! I highly recommend and would return! The whole office in fact was amazing!
