I have seen Jacqueline several times now, and I cannot say enough good things about her and her team. From the very first visit with Jacqueline, I felt truly listened to and heard. My initial visit at the practice was with another provider, and I did not have the same experience, but Jacqueline was the complete opposite—she took the time to understand my concerns, gave me peace of mind, and worked closely with me to find the right medication regimen for my symptoms. She and her team have gone above and beyond, especially with the numerous prior authorizations required by my insurance. They have also been incredibly responsive to all of my portal messages and questions, which has made a huge difference in my care. I am so grateful for the support and attention I’ve received and could not recommend Jacqueline and her team enough.

DC of Charlotte has a wonderful staff. I love doctors and staff that take the time to actually listen to the patient. The staff was helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions. This was a follow-up visit and I was in-and-out in approximately 30 minutes.

I had a wonderful experience at the Indian Trail location! Every single person that I interacted with was super friendly. I was in and out in 30 minutes, but in no way felt rushed. The doctor (I wish I could remember her name!) answered all my questions and was super accommodating of my last minute requests. My procedures were quick and painless. I will be referring friends and family and will certainly be back!

I scheduled an emergency appointment due to a dire situation. I was coming from school and had to drive about an hour. After a lot of trouble finding the place (as several others have noted in their reviews), they refused to see me because I was "4 minutes too late." Despite how visibly upset I was about this, the receptionist was exceedingly rude and forced me to reschedule for a time I already told them I couldn't make. I never even got the appointment reminder text message that they promised. Needless to say, they will never be seeing me again.

Kristin is the best! Actually, everyone at the Indian trail office seems to be fabulous from the front desk to the nursing staff to the providers. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

These ladies are so AWESOME. They make you feel like you are the only person they care about. They are kind, sweet, friendly and so so pleasant. I love them and will not go anywhere else.

I love Dr. Larocque & her staff. I find it very easy to get in to see her. I also feel like they listen to my concerns and are respectful.
