I was checked in quickly and efficiently. I was seen earlier than my appointment time which I love. Danielle is very professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, and kind. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I honestly dreaded going because I have had a basal cell carcinoma removed earlier this year. Danielle was very reassuring that everything is going well and there is no reason for concern. I highly recommend this practice. The friendliness of the staff makes such a huge difference. The calming atmosphere meant everything to me as I was so apprehensive about this appointment. If you’re ever in need of a dermatologist, please call.

From checking in to checking out, the process was easy, efficient and punctual. All staff was helpful and very friendly. Dermatologist was empathetic and spoke in terms we could understand. She took her time with us and made us feel like we were her highest priority. Highly recommend.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share my wife’s experience here. My wife went in for what she believed could be a potentially cancerous mole. When she brought it to the doctor’s attention, the doctor barely looked at it and told her to "check back in three months." When my wife pushed for more clarity, the doctor begrudgingly acknowledged that a biopsy could be done but offered almost no useful information about the process. Every question my wife asked — how a biopsy works, if it hurts, what the recovery looks like — was answered with the bare minimum. The doctor seemed annoyed by every follow-up question, despite the concern surrounding a possible cancer risk. After about two minutes in the room, the doctor said she needed to step out and simply never returned. My wife was left sitting there for 40 minutes before finally giving up and leaving. At no point did the doctor show care, urgency, or even basic patient communication. If someone is worried about a mole that could be cancerous, the last thing they need is a dismissive attitude and to be abandoned in an exam room. We will not be returning, and I would strongly recommend anyone with serious dermatological concerns seek care elsewhere. When potential health issues are involved, especially cancer screening, patients deserve information, compassion, and a provider who takes them seriously — not someone who disappears after two minutes.

This place is a joke!!! Had an appointment with them and got stuck in traffic for a wreck that I wasn’t involved in. I called to let them know and got an automated message instead of a real person. I ended up still getting to my appointment 20 minutes late to be told that I was put as a no show. Even though the automated line said there was a 15 minute grace period and asked if I’d be more than 30 minutes late I said that I would be 30 minutes late and was told by the line that it was fine. I got turned away. This place is very unprofessional and would recommend everyone to stay way from here. Was also told that they don’t even get notified by the automated system.

I had an amazing experience with Dr.Srikanth Vangapandu. They were extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I visited them for skin allergy rash, and they took the time to explain my condition thoroughly. Their treatment plan was very effective, and I noticed significant improvement. The clinic staff was also very welcoming, and my overall experience was great. I truly appreciate their dedication and highly recommend Dr.Srikanth to anyone in need of quality medical care!
