As someone who gets very anxious going to doctors, I can honestly say this experience was amazing. Dr. Lieny Padrón, her assistant, the hygienist, and the receptionists were all incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming. They explained the procedure thoroughly and always made sure I understood everything, which really helped put me at ease. They truly made me feel comfortable and cared for. The office is spotless, and five stars are not enough, they were beyond excellent. I’m so grateful to have found my new dentist!

Came in as a new customer and let me say… it over exceeded my expectations!!! From the moment you walk in is a family feeling. Full of care, attention and smiles. They took very good care of my teeth. After take X-rays Dr. Padron came in with Briggitte and explained everything to me step by step of my condition and what I needed. After that Lara came in and together we worked out the financials. Being a single mom is kind of difficult to spend on us but sometimes it’s needed, specially if they’re willing to work with you. Don’t hesitate great place! Thank you all for your hospitality.

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Alsad after being referred by my general dentist, Dr. Diaz, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Alsad and the dental assistants were kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Amber is amazing! I’m now on day 4 of recovery with no pain at all — thanks to their skill and clear instructions. Highly recommend this team for anyone needing oral surgery!

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this dental office last week Thursday. I arrived 27 minutes early for a periodontal maintenance appointment, which is supposed to be preventative. Upon arrival, I was informed I would be charged $230 for fluoride, laser treatment, and irrigation due to "my insurance coverage," which was not clearly explained in advance. Things took a turn when I mentioned that one of my implants felt slightly loose. What should have been a routine visit quickly became chaotic and uncomfortable. It was clear the doctor had not reviewed my file, as she was completely unaware of my documented food allergies. This became especially apparent when she offered food from their office party. After I explained that I only eat healthy foods, the doctor proceeded to make unsolicited comments suggesting McDonald’s and Domino’s, which came across as micro-aggressive and racially insensitive. The interaction made me deeply uncomfortable and disrespected. I ended up leaving the office around 6:00 PM—frustrated, hungry, and upset—without my concerns being properly addressed. Unfortunately, I have to return in two weeks, but it will thankfully be my final visit. I expect better professionalism, preparation, and cultural awareness from a healthcare provider.

I have been coming since 2022, amazing experience every time! The staff is so kind, professional, and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend!
