Dental Team of Plantation

I had a cracked wisdom tooth that started to get bothersome during the holidays. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following Monday after New year's. I had to get the tooth extracted. I also didn't have dental insurance, but I love that I was given the option to opt in for monthly payments. Thanks to Dr. Torres and her amazing Staff who were very kind and helpful especially Ashley at the front desk. Again Thank you all so much!!!

I recommend coming here for your routine cleaning! I've been coming to Dental Team Of Plantation for a couple of years now. I think really highly of their dental hygienist, Roosevelt. He really emphasizes care and comfort. I think that a lot of people are scared of dentist appointments, because of cleanings and such but Roosevelt really takes care of you and wants there to be minimal pain if any!! He's always kind and genuine - giving suggestions and options that are considerate of your circumstances. The staff is also typically very professional, and the office has modern technology - from their scheduling to their equipment.

The bad customer service no compassion for the patient prices High on all procedures and cheat out the insurance make the patient pay full amount called to reschedule my appointment and the lady on the phone was sighing and saying omg under her breath whenever i would ask if she had any times available in the early afternoon and what days she would have available but she was getting pissed off when she should’ve been the one asking if certain times or days would work for me. glad to say they lost a customer because of her attitude that is not how you talk to someone

I’m had a great experience at the Dental Team. I switched dentist recently and I’m so glad I did! Everyone here was warm, friendly and professional. I really appreciated that they explained everything as we went along, down to what is covered by insurance. Glad I found them!
