After telling them that I was having a anxiety attack about being there they left me sitting in the dentist chair for two hours. With doing this my blood pressure went so high . Then told me they could not pull my tooth. I was and still in so much pain with no results. The doctor that I never seen,who was calling all the shots, never came in to talk to me. There was so much more that they could have done to help me. Instead handed me a piece of paper to have my doctor sign. I would not recommend or go back to this place.
I had an emergency appointment at Dental Dreams and they were extremely careful with my levels of pain and not only that but the Dentist and her assistant were extremely mindful of my past trauma and emotions. They both made sure that I didn't feel any pain from my tooth being pulled. I truly appreciate what they did for me and I appreciate their "bedside" manor. That's the most important part. I highly recommend this business to anyone who lives in the Rockford,IL area. Great job guys and I will be returning in the near future.
I went here today for a tooth ache from an infection. They wanted me to do a bunch of expensive work but I didn't have enough money today and asked for an antibiotic to calm things down and I would come back in a couple weeks. The dentist refused. They said come back when I had the money. Until then i just have to deal with the tooth ache! REALLY!!!!
Very poor, unprofessional and incompetent service. After waiting there for over 30 minutes for the first appointment, I was told that my dentist had to leave last minute and to reschedule. I was still made to pay in advance. For the next appointment, after watching many people who came after me get called in and waiting there for almost an hour and finally upon checking with the receptionist. She told me that she forgot to check me in and said to wait longer to see the dentist. I still waited and finally canceled my appointment and left.
A very nice place and the staff is very friendly and helpful, fast service and explained everything to me, it's a pleasure to continue my dental work with your company. I will highly recommend your services to people I know or who need a recommendation. Thank you! For your service.
We weren't even able to be seen because of extremely poor communication. We scheduled an appointment for me and my husband. We sat in the waiting room for almost 40 minutes just to be told that they couldn't see us. The reason was because they couldn't contact our insurance and prove coverage (because it was a Saturday). Why wouldn't you communicate this on your website or during the process of making an appointment online. If we had known this information sooner then we wouldn't have scheduled the appointment that we did. I hope they correct this issue because it would save them a lot of poor feedback. Everyone at the front desk was nice. But they need to be able to communicate important information in a timely manner.
Worst dental service and incompetent management. My wife had a very small chip in her front tooth. We waited a long time to be seen. The dentist kept running from one patient to another. She filled the chip, but fell off in two days. My wife went back two more times and the same. Every time she went the dentist kept drilling until she had a big gap. We decided to go somewhere else. We asked for a refund and the manager, Paco, said he would give us the refund in 3-5 days. After 5 days of not receiving the refund, we went back and Paco said now it would be 3-5 weeks. I asked for the Corporate number and he gave me a number, but IT WAS A FAKe NUMBER. Please look at other reviews and DOT GO THERE!!!!
