Deeter Dental

On a Wednesday when I was working out of town. I had some tooth pain. Started off as nothing too bad. Felt like a sensitive tooth. The following day it got progressively worse and by Friday night I was in agonizing pain. Got an appointment lined up at a dental clinic that’s a very large chain across the US. I won’t name names, but I’m sure you all can figure that out. Got to the appointment. And after examination I was told there was nothing wrong with the tooth. So after walking around two more days in pain I gave deeter dental a call. They got me in the very next day at 8am. They took an xray and Dr Matt immediately could tell something was off about this tooth examining it while I was in the chair. He gave me my options and I chose extraction immediately. He had the tooth out in no time at all and talk about RELIEF. I was able to get a good nights sleep again. And I was able to go back to work the next day. Thank you So much Deeter Dental!! You saved me from the tormenting pain of a bad tooth when a certain other clinic would have left me in pain for god knows how long.

My fiancée had his wisdom teeth done here and it has been nothing but problems after problem. First they sent him home with no ice pack and no pain medication. Then I called to get him a prescription for pain medication and they made us physically drive from Dickinson to Bismarck to pick up the prescription paper that we then had to take to a separate pharmacy. Once we got to the pharmacy they found that they forgot to write the instructions for the pain medication on the prescription paper. We had to then go back to the dentist and have them write them instructions. Then I asked the receptionist for an ice pack and she told me " I’m sorry we do not have ice packs". We took the prescription back to the pharmacy where we were finally able to get it filled. And while all this was happening my fiancée was with me and could hardly open his mouth.

I am dentist avoidant because of bad experiences at prior dentistries, haven't been in almost 10 years. I just had my first two appointments with Dr. Deeter and have never felt more understood and empathized with in my life. The care I was given has exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier with the direction my dental health is going. I finally feel like I'm going in a tangible direction with my teeth and not just hopping around to waste my time and money before doing larger, more urgent repairs. I have a tooth in particular I have struggled with my whole life and other dentists in the past have made it seem like it was a reward to fix it once my mouth was completely perfect. I truly felt like Dr. Deeter took all of my concerns to heart and helped create a care plan that is actually going to help both my dental wellbeing and my mental health and self image, prioritizing the larger problems first and trying to stop other worrying spots before stressing over minor cavities. While i was at first a bit thrown off by the $50 appointment reservation fee, i have absolutely no issue with it now that I've recieved the care i have. Cannot wait for appointment 3

If I could give 100 stars I would. I have had a appointment with Deeter for over a month now, couldn't get in until the 28th, until my mouth got so bad there was no other choice. My husband called Dr Matt and Dr Lucas, both returned our calls, on a Sunday! They couldn't get me in on Sunday but this morning I went! They go above and beyond. Dr Matt did a root canal for me and went above and beyond. Very patient and really makes you feel better about being at the dentist. He extensively went through our options for my teeth, and gave me confidence I've never had about my teeth. His assistant (I can't remember her name but she was just as excellent) deserves five stars as well. What a wonderful place I am so glad I found!!!

I'm TERRIFIED of being in a dentist chair. I've consistently come away from appts with zero pain. My anxiety is still high and may always be but I'll never change dentists. I can make appts and manage to keep them because I know the experience will not cause me pain. In the past I've waited years in between dentist appts. Thank you Dr. Luke and your kind staff

We started going to Deeter Dental about 12 years ago when our daughter broke her tooth on a Friday afternoon and no other dentist was available. Dr. Matt was amazing and made arrangements to take care of her tooth! Today she had socket and was treated during regular hours and then ended up losing the gauze. Dr. Luke made arrangements to take care of heri n the evening before we left town for a long weekend! They are an amazing group of doctor's to a with!

After having bad luck with other local dentists, and a recommendation from my little brother, I gave these guys a shot. The compassion and care the whole staff offers is why I still enjoy going to the dentist. The whole staff is welcoming and dont put anyone down for their care on their teeth. Every visit has been an enjoyable one, no matter what kind of care was being done. Dr. Matt doesnt cut corners and is very up front on what can be done to fix or promote better tooth care. Any anxiety about or from the dentist is put to rest with these guys. I highly recommend Deeter Dental to anyone wanting better care of their teeth.
