Cut n Style

My wife and I visited this salon for her haircut as it appeared to be uncrowded. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the experience. The stylist seemed rushed and didn't take the time to fully understand the hairstyle my wife was hoping for. The end result was not what we had envisioned, and it seemed like the stylist may not have had the expertise to achieve the desired look. We would recommend that the stylist focus on improving their communication and technical skills to better meet customer expectations.

Hai is kind, patient, and talented, he always does a fantastic job on my young son’s hair. Make sure you make an appointment with him so you don’t get Tammy! She is rude, condescending and abrasive. I’m shocked she still has a job there or anywhere to be honest. Beyond inappropriate. I refuse to ever deal with her again.

Review 2: I’ve been a loyal customer of Hai for over three years, I have referred several friends. He’s always been quick, and his work was generally solid. However, my most recent visit was incredibly disappointing. I came in for a haircut and, as usual, showed him reference photos. He directed me to a chair that still had fresh hair clippings on it and a used cape—clearly not cleaned. When I politely asked if I could sit in one of the many clean, empty chairs instead, he abruptly yelled at me. Over a simple and reasonable request. He insisted I could not choose any of the clean chairs and had to sit in the one that was visibly dirty. I was shocked by the unprovoked aggression. It's hard to imagine anyone in the service industry treating a client this way. Unfortunately, this experience cost him a long-time customer—and possibly more if this behavior continues. Hai and Tammy are seasoned hairstyle professionals. They both provide a great haircut for a respectable cost in a timely manner. I have been going here exclusively for over 15 years.

I absolutely recommend Cut n Style. Tammy has never let me down If you are into being pampered, brown nosed and over priced cuts that.look like crap $500.00 later Cut n Style is not the place for you.

Since I moved to Boise he's the only one I go to. Great great shop everything you need.

This place is a great place to go in for a cheap walk in haircut. The owner of the store Hai the guy he is actually a good barber, but if you get Tami, I'm so sorry for you she has never done a successful haircut in her life for anyone and she is extremely rude. If you want to have a good haircut I would highly recommend to grow some hair and probably save money and go to Sports Clips rather than getting a bad haircut.
